Claims (5)
- (+)단자와 (-)단자를 가지며 전기적으로 연결되는 외부단자에 따라 충방전이 가능한 배터리를 포함하는 배터리 팩에 있어서,상기 외부 단자들을 전기적으로 연결하는 팩(+)단자와 팩(-)단자 및, 상기 배터리의 (+)단자 및 (-)단자와 상기 팩(+)단자 및 팩(-)단자를 각각 전기적으로 연결하며 제1 전류세기를 갖는 전류경로를 형성하는 복수의 연결소자들이 마련되는 상부 기판; 및,상기 제1 전류세기보다 작은 제2 전류세기를 갖는 전류경로를 형성하며 상기 상기 배터리의 충방전을 제어하기 위한 주변회로들이 실장되는 하부 기판을 포함하는 배터리 팩.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부 기판과 하부 기판 사이에는 두 기판 사이의 전기적 신호 연결을 위한 적어도 하나의 커넥터가 구비되는 배터리 팩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부 기판에는상기 제2 (+)단자와 상기 배터리의 제1 (+)단자 사이에 전기적으로 연결되는 충방전 트랜지스터 소자, 코일 및 퓨즈가 실장되고,상기 제2 (-)단자와 상기 배터리의 제1 (-)단자 사이에 전기적으로 연결되는 센서 저항이 실장되는 배터리 팩.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 하부 기판에는상기 배터리의 소정 셀의 전위에 따라 과충전 여부를 판단하기 위한 과충전 보호회로;상기 과충전 보호회로의 출력과 상기 센서저항의 출력에 기초하여 상기 배터리의 충전 상태를 측정하는 게이징부;상기 배터리의 충전 상태를 외부에 표시하기 위한 통신라인; 및상기 배터리의 소정 셀의 전위와 상기 센서 저항의 출력에 따라 상기 트랜지스터의 온/오프를 제어하기 위한 충방전 제어 및 보호회로가 실장되는 배터리 팩.
