Claims (10)
- 연소 기관, 특히 대형 디젤 기관의 연료 분사 노즐(1)의 노즐 헤드(2)용 재질에 있어서,상기 재질은 일반적으로 발생하는 불순물을 제외하고, 중량 퍼센트로 0% 내지 50%의 니켈(Ni), 0% 내지 5%의 탄소(C), 0% 내지 5%의 규소(Si) 및 적어도 50%의 크롬(Cr)을 포함하는 크롬계 합금(chromium based alloy)인 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐 헤드용 재질.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 재질은 최대 5%인 각 반응 원소의 함유량을 갖고, 란탄(La), 세륨(Ce), 이트륨(Y), 하프늄(Hf), 스칸듐(Sc) 및 희토류(rare earth) 원소로 이루어지는 군으로부터의 적어도 하나의 반응 원소를 포함하는 노즐 헤드용 재질.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 재질은 일반적으로 발생하는 불순물을 제외하고, 중량 퍼센트로 적어도 45%의 니켈(Ni), 50% 내지 55%의 크롬(Cr), 0% 내지 5%의 탄소(C), 0% 내지 5%의 규소(Si), 및 0% 내지 5%의 하나 이상의 반응 원소로 이루어지는 노즐 헤드용 재질.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 항 항에 있어서,상기 반응 원소 각각의 함유량은 최대 1%, 특히 최대 0.2%이고, 상기 탄소(C)의 함유량은 최대 1%, 특히 최대 0.05%이고, 규소(Si)의 함유량은 최대 1%, 특히 최대 0.5%인 노즐 헤드용 재질.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 재질은 열간 정수압 소결법(hot isostatic pressing) 공정에 의하여 제조되는 노즐 헤드용 재질.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 재질은 대부분의 입도가 10 내지 200 마이크로미터, 특히 40 내지 150 마이크로미터에 상응하는 금속 분말로 제조되는 노즐 헤드용 재질.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 재질로 제조되는, 연소 기관, 특히 대형 디젤 기관의 연료 분사 노즐용 노즐 헤드.
- 길이방향 구멍(20) 및 상기 길이방향 구멍으로부터 시작되고 연료를 연소실로 안내하기 위한 적어도 하나의 노즐 구멍을 갖는 제7항에 따른 노즐 헤드에 있어서,상기 길이방향 구멍(20)에서 노즐 구멍(21)으로의 변화 영역이 바람직하게는전기-화학적으로(electro-chemically), 둥글게 되는 노즐 헤드.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 따른 노즐 헤드를 갖는 연소 기관용 연료 분사 노즐.
- 제9항에 따른 연료 분사 노즐을 갖는 연소 기관, 특히 대형 디젤 기관.
