Claims (12)
- 加工物(3)の着座表面(2)に被覆(1)を付与する方法において、前記着座表面(2)が、穴(4)の入り口開口部(5)から所定の距離(L)のところで前記加工物(3)の前記穴(4)内に設けられ、前記入り口開口部(5)と前記着座表面(2)との間の領域の前記穴(4)の最小直径(D)が前記距離(L)の50%以下であり、
先行ステップで、被覆材料(100、101、102)が前記着座表面(2)に付着させられ、
次のステップで、前記穴(4)を通り前記着座表面(2)に導かれるエネルギー・ビーム(6)を使用して前記着座表面(2)上に前記被覆(1)が形成され、
前記エネルギー・ビーム(6)として、レーザービーム又は電子ビームが使用されることを特徴とする、被覆(1)を付与する方法。 - 前記被覆材料(100)が、前記エネルギー・ビーム(6)を使用してエネルギーを加える前に、前記着座表面(2)の少なくとも一部分上に被覆粉体(101)の形態で、及び/又は被覆線(101)の形態で、及び/又は予備組み立てされた被覆本体(102)の形態で付着させられる、請求項1に記載された方法。
- 前記エネルギー・ビーム(6)を使用してエネルギーが前記着座表面に加えられるのと同時に、前記被覆材料(100)が前記着座表面(2)に付着させられる、請求項1又は請求項2に記載された方法。
- 前記入り口開口部(5)と前記着座表面(2)との間の領域の前記穴(4)の最小直径(D)が、前記距離(L)の最大25%である、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された方法。
- 前記加工物(3)がノズル(31)のノズル本体であるか、又は噴射システムの構成部品用の安全バルブ若しくは制御バルブであるか、又はシリンダ・インサート若しくはライナ内の潤滑油穴である、請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか一項に記載された方法。
- 前記被覆材料(100、101、102)がコバルト基合金又はクロム基合金又は鉄基合金である、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれか一項に記載された方法。
- 着座表面(2)が穴(4)の入り口開口部(5)から前記穴(4)内の所定の距離(L)のところに設けられた加工物(3)において、前記入り口開口部(5)と前記着座表面(2)との間の領域の前記穴(4)の最小直径(D)が前記所定の距離(L)の50%以下であり、被覆(1)が前記着座表面(2)に形成され、前記被覆が、被覆材料(100、101、102)が前記着座表面(2)に付着させられた後に、前記穴(4)を通り前記着座表面(2)に導かれるエネルギー・ビーム(6)を使用して前記被覆材料(100、101、102)から作られ、前記エネルギー・ビーム(6)として、レーザービーム又は電子ビームが使用されることを特徴とする、加工物。
- 前記入り口開口部(5)と前記着座表面(2)との間の領域の前記穴(4)の最小直径(D)が、前記距離(L)の最大25%である、請求項7に記載された加工物。
- 前記加工物(3)がノズル(31)のノズル本体、又は噴射システムの構成部品用の安全バルブ若しくは制御バルブ、又はシリンダ・インサート若しくはライナ内の潤滑油穴である、請求項7または請求項8に記載された加工物。
- 前記被覆材料(100、101、102)がコバルト基合金又はニッケル基合金又は鉄基合金である、請求項7から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載された加工物。
- 前記被覆(1)の硬さが前記加工物(3)の硬さと異なっている、請求項7から請求項10までのいずれか一項に記載された加工物。
- 前記被覆(1)の耐食性が前記加工物(3)の耐食性と異なっている、請求項7から請求項11までのいずれか一項に記載された加工物。
