Claims (12)
- 内燃エンジンの燃料弁ノズルであって、
合金鋼のコア部分を備えた弁ヘッドと、燃焼室に向かう燃料弁ノズルの表面を形成し、ニッケルベース、クロムベース又はコバルトベースの高温腐食抵抗合金の微粒子種材料から形成された外側面と、を有し、
前記微粒子種材料が粘着性の層に結合され、
前記コア部分への遷移区域に隣接する外側面に強靭な構造を持つマイクロ構造を得るために、少なくともコア部分への遷移区域において、外側面の微粒子材料内の粒子が、HIP(等温等静圧)処理を行うことなく、外側面及びコア部分を鍛造することにより生じるせん断歪によって卵形状又は細長い形状へと変形され、
鍛造された外側面が少なくとも98.0%の密度を有することを特徴とする燃料弁ノズル。 - 前記コア部分と外側面との間に合金の少なくとも1つのバッファ層が位置し、該バッファ層の合金が、コア部分の合金鋼とは異なり且つ外側面の高温腐食抵抗合金とは異なる組成を有する第3の合金であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料弁ノズル。
- 前記バッファ層が、鋼、オーステナイト鋼、ニッケルベースの合金、及び不可避な不純物は別とする鉄又はニッケルの合金からなるグループから選択されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料弁ノズル。
- 前記コア部分の合金鋼が工具鋼であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料弁ノズル。
- 前記バッファ層が少なくとも0.5mmの厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の燃料弁ノズル。
- 合金鋼のコア部分、及び燃焼室に向かうノズルの表面を形成しニッケルベース、クロムベース又はコバルトベースの高温腐食抵抗合金の微粒子種材料から形成された外側面、を有する内燃エンジンの燃料弁ノズルを製造する方法であって、
前記高温腐食抵抗合金の微粒子材料がコア部分において囲い内に保持されている間、微粒子材料が、HIP(等温等静圧)処理を行うことなく、鍛造され、それによって、微粒子材料が粒子を細長い形状又は卵形状へと変形させる歪を受け、前記コア部分への遷移区域に隣接する外側面に強靭な構造を持つマイクロ構造が得られ、
前記鍛造が少なくとも98.0%の密度へと微粒子材料を圧縮し、外側面をコア部分に又はバッファ層及びコア部分に結合することを特徴とする燃料弁ノズルを製造する方法。 - 前記鍛造の前に、外側面の材料が、1×10−4バール以下、好ましくは1×10−7バール以下の圧力に減圧されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の燃料弁ノズルを製造する方法。
- 前記外側面の材料がコア部分の表面に位置する前に、コア部分の合金鋼と異なり且つ外側面の高温腐食抵抗合金と異なる組成を有する第3の合金が、コア部分の表面に適用されることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の燃料弁ノズルを製造する方法。
- 前記鍛造が1分以内で実行され、外側面を伴ったコア部分が鍛造後に直ちに冷却されることを特徴とする請求項6乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の燃料弁ノズルを製造する方法。
- 前記囲い内に保持された高温腐食抵抗合金の微粒子材料が、前記鍛造前に、鍛造温度に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項6乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の燃料弁ノズルを製造する方法。
- 前記囲い内に保持された高温腐食抵抗合金の微粒子材料が流体で満たされた室内に導入され、前記鍛造が流体の圧力を増大させることにより実行されることを特徴とする請求項6乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の燃料弁ノズルを製造する方法。
- 前記囲い内に保持された高温腐食抵抗合金の微粒子材料が、前記囲いの外径を減少させる工具を通過させることにより鍛造されることを特徴とする請求項6乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の燃料弁ノズルを製造する方法。
