Description
PATENTKRAV 1. Forstøver til en brændselsventil i en dieselmotor, navnlig en totakts krydshovedmotor, med en central, langsgående kanal, som står i forbindelse med flere forstøverboringer, hvilken forstøver er sammensat af et centralt stykke med et nedre afsnit og af en kappe, hvor kappen og det centrale stykke er loddet sammen, hvilken kappe omgiver i det mindste det centrale stykkes nedre afsnit med forstøverboringer, kendetegnet ved, at kappen er af en korrosionsbestandig legering, og at det centrale stykke er af en jernbaseret legering med en udmattelsesstyrke Oa på mindst ± 500 MPa. 2. Forstøver ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at forstøverboringerne i overgangsområdet mellem det centrale stykke og kappen har i det væsentlige samme diameter i kappen som i det centrale stykke. 3. Forstøver ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at den korrosionsbestandige legering er en nikkelbaseret legering. 4. Forstøver ifølge et af kravene 1-3, kende -tegnet ved, at det mellem kappen og det centrale stykke beliggende loddemateriale er af en nikkel-baseret legering. 5. Forstøver ifølge et af kravene 1-4, kende -tegnet ved, at hele kappen eller en del af kappen er af støbt eller smedet materiale. 6. Forstøver ifølge et af kravene 1-5, kendetegnet ved, at forstøveren er en separat enhed beliggende i brændselsventilen i forlængelse af et spindelstyr, der indeholder brændselsventilens primære ventilsæde. 7. Forstøver ifølge et af kravene 1-6, kende -tegnet ved, at indersiden af kappen og/eller ydersiden af det centrale stykke er forsynet med en diffusionsbarriere, såsom et lag elektrolytisk udfældet nikkel. 8. Forstøver ifølge at af kravene 1-7, kendetegnet ved, at det centrale stykke har en udmattelsesstyrke σΑ på mindst ± 750 MPa. 9. Forstøver ifølge et af kravene 1-8, kendetegnet ved, at der inden i kappens endebund beliggende under afslutningen af den centrale langsgående kanal er et isolerende stykke keramisk materiale, som på sin underside er helt dækket af kappens korrosionsbestandige legering. 10. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en forstøver til en brændselsventil i en dieselmotor, navnlig en totakts krydshovedmotor, med en central, langsgående kanal, som står i forbindelse med flere forstøverboringer, hvor et centralt stykke med et nedre afsnit loddes sammen med en kappe, der omgiver i det mindste det centrale stykkes nedre afsnit, kendetegnet ved, at der som kappemateriale anvendes en korrosionsbestandig legering, at en jernbaseret legering med en udmattelsesstyrke σΑ på mindst ± 500 MPa anvendes til det centrale stykke, og at det centrale stykke og kappen loddes sammen ved hjælp af vakuumlodning . 11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, kende tegnet ved, at vakuumlodningen foretages i løbet af en hærde-varmebehandling. 12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, kende - tegnet ved, at det centrale stykke og kappen sættes sammen og fikseres i forhold til hinanden, hvorefter forstøverboringerne tilvejebringes, hvorefter den kombinerede vakuumlodning og hærdning gennemføres . 13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 10, kende tegnet ved, at vakuumlodningen af det centrale stykke og kappen gennemføres, og forstøverboringerne tilvejebringes i den sammenloddede forstøver, hvoref ter forstøveren hærdes. 14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved, at der til vakuumlodningen anvendes et lod, hvis loddetemperatur er højere end den ved hærdningen anvendte hærdetemperatur. 15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 10-14, kendetegnet ved, at forstøveren efter lodning og hærdning anløbes, fortrinsvis ved hjælp af dobbelt- eller tredobbelt-anløbning. 16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et af kravene 10-15, kendetegnet ved, at hele kappen eller en del af kappematerialet tilvejebringes ved at placere det centrale stykke med det nedre afsnit vendende opad, at en rørformet holder placeres på det centrale stykke, at pulverformet materiale fyldes i holderen, at loddemateriale placeres over pulveret, og at lodningen gennemføres, hvorved pulveret sammenloddes til kappemateriale.
