Claims (10)
- 화염 가수분해에 의해 제조되고 이산화티탄 함량이 0.5 내지 20중량%이며 BET 표면적이 5 내지 500㎡/g인 규소/티탄 복합 산화물 분말을 포함하고, 가열하면 반응 혼합물로부터 완전히 제거될 수 있는 물과 하나 이상의 pH 조절제를 추가로 포함하며, 분말의 고형분이, 분산액을 기준으로 하여, 40 내지 80중량%임을 특징으로 하는 분산액.
- 제1항에 있어서, BET 표면적이 큰 규소/티탄 복합 산화물 분말과 BET 표면적이 작은 규소/티탄 복합 산화물 분말을 포함하고, BET 표면적이 큰 규소/티탄 복합 산화물 분말의 표면적이 BET 표면적이 작은 규소/티탄 복합 산화물 분말의 표면적의 2배 이상이며, BET 표면적이 작은 규소/티탄 복합 산화물 분말 대 BET 표면적이 큰 규소/티탄 복합 산화물 분말의 중량비가 60:40 내지 99.5:0.5임을 특징으로 하는 분산액.
- 규소/티탄 복합 산화물 분말을 분산 장치로 가열하면 반응 혼합물로부터 완전히 제거될 수 있는 물과 하나 이상의 pH 조절제의 매질에 분산시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 분산액의 제조방법.
- 상대적 압분 밀도가 40 내지 85%, 바람직하게는 50% 이상, 특히 바람직하게는 60 내지 80%임을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 분산액을 사용하여 제조한 미가공체(green body).
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따르는 분산액을 금형, 바람직하게는 소수성 물질로 된 금형에 투입하고, 20 내지 40℃의 온도에서 건조시킨 다음, 임의로 금형에서 꺼내고, 60 내지 120℃에서 건조시킨 다음, 임의로 약 800℃(750 내지 850℃)의 온도에서 소결시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제4항에 따르는 미가공체의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 건조 또는 후 건조 후, 미가공체가 염소, 염화수소, 불소 및/또는 산소를 포함하는 대기 속에서 약 800℃(750 내지 850℃)에서 처리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- BET 표면적이 5 내지 500㎡/g이고 이산화티탄 함량이 0.5 내지 20중량%이며 열분해법으로 제조된 규소/티탄 복합 산화물 분말을 함유하고 열 팽창률이 0.5·10-6/K 이하인, 광학 품질의 유리 성형품.
- 제4항에 따르는 미가공체를 기체 대기 속에서 또는 진공하에 1,050 내지 1,600℃의 온도에서 소결시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제7항에 따르는 유리 성형품의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 소결 후, 유리 성형품이 완전히 또는 표면 위에서만 용융됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 광학 장치(예를 들면, 거울 및 렌즈) 분야에서 광파 전도체의 제조를 위한 예비형성용의 극단 UV 범위에 대한 장치용 부품(예를 들면, 거울 지지체)으로서의 제7항에 따르는 유리 성형품의 용도.
