Claims (12)
- 취성 또는 덜 취성인 플라스틱과 혼합 고무 성분을 함유한 강화 플라스틱에 있어서, 상기 취성 플라스틱은 사슬 결합 밀도가 Ve < 0.15mmol/ml이고 사슬 특성비가 C∞> 7.5인 플라스틱이고, 상기 덜 취성인 플라스틱은 폴리염화비닐, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리포름알데히드로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되며, 상기 혼합 고무 성분은 평균 입자 크기 0.02㎛~0.5㎛의 가교 구조를 갖는 분말 고무, 및 미가황 고무 및 열가소성 엘라스토머로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 플라스틱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 취성 또는 덜 취성인 플라스틱은 폴리스티렌, 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌 수지, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리염화비닐, 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리포름알데히드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 플라스틱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가교 구조를 지닌 분말 고무의 평균 입자 크기는 0.05㎛~0.2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 플라스틱.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 혼합 고무 성분 중 가교 구조를 갖는 분말 고무 입자는균일계 구조의 고무 입자로서 겔 함유량이 60중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 플라스틱.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 혼합 고무 성분 중 가교 구조를 가진 분말 고무 입자는 겔 함량이 80중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 플라스틱.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 혼합 고무 성분 중 가교 구조를 가진 분말 고무 입자는 완전 가황 분말 고무 또는 가교형 분말 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 플라스틱.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 완전 가황 분말 고무는 완전 가황 분말 천연 고무, 완전 가황 분말 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 완전 가황 분말 카르복시화 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 완전 가황 분말 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무, 완전 가황 분말 카르복시화 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무, 완전 가황 분말 폴리부타디엔 고무, 완전 가황 분말 클로로프렌 고무, 완전 가황 분말 실리콘 고무 및 완전 가황 분말 아크릴산 수지 고무로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 플라스틱.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 가교형 분말 고무는 가교형 분말 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 및 가교형 분말 폴리부타디엔 고무로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 플라스틱.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 고무 성분과 플라스틱의 중량비는 1:99 내지 30:70이고, 분말 고무 비율은 혼합 고무 성분 총 중량에 대하여 10중량%~95중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 플라스틱.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 분말 고무의 비율은 혼합 고무 성분 총 중량에 대하여 50중량% 내지 95중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 플라스틱.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 혼합 고무 성분과 플라스틱 중량비는 5:95 내지 25:75인 것을 특징으로 하는 강화 플라스틱.
- 취성 또는 덜 취성인 플라스틱과 혼합 고무 성분을 용해시켜 함께 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항의 강화 플라스틱의 제조방법.
