本发明涉及塑料编织袋领域,具体的说是一种编织袋生产工艺,使用的原料按重量百分比为:包括:聚丙烯颗粒料90%‑90.02%、丁苯橡胶9.932%‑9.952%、氯丁橡胶0.048%;(1)将配方量的聚丙烯颗粒料、丁苯橡胶、氯丁橡胶送入掺混机,熔融挤出,形成固体薄膜;(2)固体薄膜被牵引切成扁丝;(3)将扁丝机织成塑料编织袋,经收卷后送入裁袋机裁剪后缝制、打包后得到成品。本发明中所述的一种塑料编织袋的生产工艺简单、快捷、操作简便、能耗低,生产中无污染物排放等一系列优点。

本发明涉及塑料编织袋领域,具体的说是一种编织袋生产工艺。
背景技术
近年来,我国的塑料编织袋行业迅猛发展,随着市场对于人们日新月异的精神文化和绿色环保的需求,对产品包装物的要求不断提高,包装物是商品生产过程在流通过程中的继续,是商品进入流通、消费领域不可缺少的条件。包装的作用有以下几个方面:保护商品,免受日晒、风吹、雨淋、灰尘沾染等自然因素的侵袭,防止渗漏、沾污、碰撞、挤压、散失等损失;给流通环节贮、运、调、销带来方便,如装卸、盘点、码垛、发货、收货、转运、销售计数等;美化商品、吸引顾客,有利于促销。包装业作为国民经济的配套服务行业,随着国民经济的快速发展,我国的包装行业得以迅速发展,正在形成一个以纸、塑料、金属等包装物为主构成的市场,包装物成为拥有一定现代化技术与装备,门类较齐全的现代工业体系。塑料编织袋是塑料的一种,包装用,其原料一般是聚乙稀、聚丙稀等各种原料制成,用途十分广泛,主要用途是:1.食品包装,常见的编织袋有大米编织袋、玉米编织袋等编织袋;2.岩土工程,广泛用于水利、电力、公路、铁路、海港、矿山建筑、军事的工程建设中;3.旅游运输,旅游业中的临时帐篷、遮阳伞、各种旅行包、旅行袋都有塑料编织物应用,常见的有物流袋、物流包装袋、货运袋、货运包装袋等;4.日常生活用品,商店里、库房里、家舍里到处都有塑料编织制品的身影,如购物袋、超市购物袋,超市环保购物袋等;5.抗洪物资,用于堤坝、河岸、铁路、公路的抗洪使用,就是防讯编织袋,防旱编织袋、防洪编织袋。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明中所述的一种编织袋生产工艺,其具有生产工艺简单,产品价格低廉,生产中无污染物排放等一系列优点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种编织袋生产工艺,使用的原料按重量百分比为:包括:聚丙烯颗粒料90%-90.02%、丁苯橡胶9.932%-9.952%、氯丁橡胶0.048%。
(1)将配方量的聚丙烯颗粒料、丁苯橡胶、氯丁橡胶送入掺混机,混合均匀后通过输送机送入聚丙烯颗粒料熔融机,将熔融机中温度提高180℃-190℃,聚丙烯颗粒料、丁苯橡胶、氯丁橡胶成为熔融状态后立即进入挤出机,挤成液态薄膜,挤出的塑料薄膜从挤出口出来即进入水中迅速降温固化成为固体薄膜;
(2)固体薄膜被牵引滚筒以1-1.2米/分的线速度牵引至刀架切成扁丝,扁丝被继续牵引至第一烘板和第二烘板,在90℃-100℃的温度下加热定型后经集中摆线卷绕后得到扁丝;
(3)将扁丝送入圆织机织成塑料编织袋,经收料机收卷后送入裁袋机裁剪后缝制、打包后得到成品。
有益效果:本发明中所述的一种编织袋生产工艺,提供了一种编织袋生产工艺,该方法的优点是:生产工艺简单、快捷、操作简便、能耗低,生产中无污染物排放等一系列优点。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
一种编织袋生产工艺,使用的原料按重量百分比为:包括:聚丙烯颗粒料90%-90.02%、丁苯橡胶9.932%-9.952%、氯丁橡胶0.048%。
(1)将配方量的聚丙烯颗粒料、丁苯橡胶、氯丁橡胶送入掺混机,混合均匀后通过输送机送入聚丙烯颗粒料熔融机,将熔融机中温度提高180℃-190℃,聚丙烯颗粒料、丁苯橡胶、氯丁橡胶成为熔融状态后立即进入挤出机,挤成液态薄膜,挤出的塑料薄膜从挤出口出来即进入水中迅速降温固化成为固体薄膜;

1.一种编织袋生产工艺,其特征在于:所述编织袋使用的原料按重量百分比为:包括:聚丙烯颗粒料90%-90.02%、丁苯橡胶9.932%-9.952%、氯丁橡胶0.048%,工艺步骤包括:
(1)将配方量的聚丙烯颗粒料、丁苯橡胶、氯丁橡胶送入掺混机,混合均匀后通过输送机送入聚丙烯颗粒料熔融机,将熔融机中温度提高180℃-190℃,聚丙烯颗粒料、丁苯橡胶、氯丁橡胶成为熔融状态后立即进入挤出机,挤成液态薄膜,挤出的塑料薄膜从挤出口出来即进入水中迅速降温固化成为固体薄膜;
(2)固体薄膜被牵引滚筒以1-1.2米/分的线速度牵引至刀架切成扁丝,扁丝被继续牵引至第一烘板和第二烘板,在90℃-100℃的温度下加热定型后经集中摆线卷绕后得到扁丝;
