Claims (16)
- 보강기재가 열경화성 폴리우레탄 중에 매설되고, 외주면 및 내주면이 상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄으로 구성된 제지용 벨트에 있어서,상기 외주면을 구성하는 폴리우레탄층은, 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 우레탄 프레폴리머와, 디메틸티오톨루엔디아민을 함유하는 경화제를 함유하는 조성물로 형성되어 있는 제지용 벨트.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 경화제의 활성수소와 상기 우레탄 프레폴리머의 이소시아네이트기 (NCO) 와의 당량비 (H/NCO) 의 값이 1〈 H/NCO〈 1.15가 되는 비율로 상기 우레탄 프레폴리머와 상기 경화제가 혼합된 제지용 벨트.
- 보강기재가 열경화성 폴리우레탄 중에 매설되고, 외주면 및 내주면이 상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄으로 구성된 제지용 벨트에 있어서,상기 외주면을 구성하는 폴리우레탄층은, 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 우레탄 프레폴리머와, 말단에 활성수소기를 갖는 경화제를 함유하는 조성물로 형성되고,상기 경화제의 활성수소기 (H) 와 상기 우레탄 프레폴리머의 이소시아네이트기 (NCO) 와의 당량비 (H/NCO) 의 값이, 1〈 H/NCO〈 1.15가 되는 비율로 상기 우레탄 프레폴리머와 상기 경화제가 혼합된 제지용 벨트.
- 보강기재가 열경화성 폴리우레탄 중에 매설되고, 상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄은, 내측의 폴리우레탄층과, 이 내측의 폴리우레탄층의 외주면에 접착된 외측의 폴리우레탄층을 함유하는 제지용 벨트에 있어서,상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층 및 상기 외측의 폴리우레탄층은, 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 우레탄 프레폴리머와, 말단에 활성수소기를 갖는 경화제를 함유하는 조성물로 각각 형성되고,상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층을 형성하는 조성물은, 경화제의 활성수소기 (H) 와 우레탄 프레폴리머의 이소시아네이트기 (NCO) 와의 당량비 (H/NCO) 가 0.85 ≤H/NCO〈 1이 되는 비율로 우레탄 프레폴리머와 경화제가 혼합된 것으로,상기 외측의 폴리우레탄층을 형성하는 조성물은, 상기 당량비 (H/NCO) 의 값이 1〈 H/NCO〈 1.15가 되는 비율로 우레탄 프레폴리머와 경화제가 혼합된 제지용 벨트.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층과 상기 외측의 폴리우레탄층의 접착면은, 상기 보강기재의 내부에 있고,상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층의 우레탄 프레폴리머는, 폴리올과 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트 (MDI) 를 반응시켜 얻어진 우레탄 프레폴리머를 함유함과 동시에,상기 외측의 폴리우레탄층의 우레탄 프레폴리머는, 폴리올과 톨릴렌디이소시아네이트 (TDI) 를 반응시켜 얻어진 우레탄 프레폴리머를 함유하는 제지용 벨트.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층은, 경화제의 50wt% 이상이 폴리올인 제지용 벨트.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 보강기재는, 다중으로 짠 직포를 함유하는 제지용 벨트.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외측의 폴리우레탄층은, 상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층의 외주면에 접착됨과 동시에 제지용 벨트의 외주면을 구성하고,또한, 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 우레탄 프레폴리머와, 디메틸티오톨루엔디아민을 함유하는 경화제를 함유하는 조성물로 형성되어 있는 제지용 벨트.
- 제 4 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄은, 내측의 폴리우레탄층과, 이 내측의 폴리우레탄층의 외주면에 접착된 외측의 폴리우레탄층과, 이 외측의 폴리우레탄층의 더욱 외측에 위치하여 제지용 벨트의 외주면을 구성하는 폴리우레탄층을 포함하고,상기 외주면을 구성하는 폴리우레탄층은, 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 우레탄 프레폴리머와, 디메틸티오톨루엔디아민을 함유하는 경화제를 함유하는 조성물로 형성되어 있는 제지용 벨트.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 외주면을 구성하는 폴리우레탄층의 조성물은, 상기 경화제의 활성수소기 (H) 와 상기 우레탄 프레폴리머의 이소시아네이트기 (NCO) 와의 당량비 (H/NCO) 의 값이 1〈 H/NCO〈 1.15가 되는 비율로 상기 우레탄 프레폴리머와 상기 경화제가 혼합된 제지용 벨트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄은 120℃ ~ 140℃의 온도에서 경화된 제지용 벨트.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 외주 표면에 배수구가 형성되어 있는 제지용 벨트.
- 보강기재를 열경화성 폴리우레탄 중에 매설시킴으로써, 상기 보강기재와 상기 열경화성 폴리우레탄을 일체화시키고, 내측의 폴리우레탄층과, 이 내측의 폴리우레탄층의 외주면에 접착한 외측의 폴리우레탄층을 포함하는 제지용 벨트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 우레탄 프레폴리머와, 말단에 활성수소기를 갖는 경화제를 함유하고, 경화제의 활성수소기 (H) 와 우레탄 프레폴리머의 이소시아네이트기 (NCO) 와의 당량비 (H/NCO) 의 값이 0.85 ≤H/NCO〈 1이 되는 비율로 우레탄 프레폴리머와 경화제를 혼합한 혼합액을 70℃ ~ 100℃의 온도에서 경화시키고, 상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층을 형성시키는 제 1 공정과,말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 우레탄 프레폴리머와, 말단에 활성수소기를 갖는 경화제를 함유하고, 경화제의 활성수소기 (H) 와 우레탄 프레폴리머의 이소시아네이트기 (NCO) 와의 당량비 (H/NCO) 의 값이 1〈 H/NCO〈 1.15가 되는 비율로 우레탄 프레폴리머와 경화제를 혼합한 혼합액을, 상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층의 외주면 상에 적용하는 제 2 공정과,전체를 120℃ ~ 140℃의 온도로 가열하여, 내측의 폴리우레탄층의 외주면 상에 적용한 혼합액을 경화시켜 외측의 폴리우레탄층을 성형함과 동시에 내측의 폴리우레탄층과 외측의 폴리우레탄층을 접착하여 일체화시키는 제 3 공정을 포함하는 제지용 벨트의 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층은 상기 보강기재에 상기 보강기재의 일면측으로부터 상기 보강기재의 두께의 중간까지 함침함과 동시에,상기 외측의 폴리우레탄층은 상기 보강기재에 상기 보강기재의 타면측으로부터 상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층이 상기 보강기재에 함침된 위치까지 함침하는 제지용 벨트의 제조방법.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 상기 보강기재는, 다중으로 짠 직포를 함유하는 제지용 벨트의 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층의 경화 전 또는 경화 후에, 상기 내측의 폴리우레탄층의 외주면 상에 상기 보강기재를 감는 공정을 포함하는 제지용 벨트의 제조방법.
