Claims (7)
- 기판;상기 기판 상부에 형성되어 화소 영역을 정의하는 게이트 배선과 데이터 배선;상기 화소 영역에 형성되어 있는 다수의 박막 트랜지스터;상기 박막 트랜지스터와 연결되어 있는 스토리지 커패시터;상기 박막 트랜지스터와 스토리지 커패시터를 덮고 있는 화소 전극을 포함하는 능동행렬 유기전기발광소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극은 불투명한 도전 물질로 이루어진 능동행렬 유기전기발광소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 데이터 배선과 나란한 방향을 가지는 파워라인을 더 포함하는능동행렬 유기전기발광소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극은 상기 파워라인을 덮고 있는 능동행렬 유기전기발광소자.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 화소 전극은 상기 게이트 배선 및 데이터 배선과 중첩하는 능동행렬 유기전기발광소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 박막 트랜지스터는 두 개인 능동행렬 유기전기발광소자.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 박막 트랜지스터는 네 개인 능동행렬 유기전기발광소자.
