Claims (12)
- 교반 탱크, 당해 교반 탱크의 탱크 벽을 따라 액체를 순환시키는 액체 순환 수단 및 당해 교반 탱크 내에 설치되어 있는 1개 이상의 보조 열전달 수단을 포함하며, 당해 보조 열전달 수단의 외표면이 항상 습윤면 상태로 있는 열전달 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 순환 수단이 회전축과 당해 회전축에 장착되어 있는 1개 이상의 송액 수단으로 이루어진 액체 분출 수단이며, 보조 열전달 수단이 열전달 코일 또는 열전달 실린더이며, 액체 분출 장치의 일부에서 열전달 코일 또는 열전달 실린더에 액체를 살포하여 열전달 코일 또는 열전달 실린더의 외표면을 습윤면으로 되도록 하는 열전달 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 열전달 코일 또는 열전달 실린더의 상부에 분산판이 배치되어 있으며, 액체 분출 장치의 일부에서 분산판에 액체를 살포하며 살포된 액체가 분산판으로부터 흘러 내려 열전달 코일 또는 열전달 실린더의 외표면을 습윤면으로 되도록 하는 열전달 장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 액체 분출 장치가 송액 수단 중간에 구멍을 갖거나 길이가 상이한 2개의 송액 수단을 갖는 열전달 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 분출 장치가 이중 실린더형 중공부를 갖는 원추대의 구조를 가지며, 당해 원추대의 중공부에 열 매체가 공급되며, 필요에 따라, 원추대의 윗쪽의 일부에 분산판이 설치되고 원추대의 회전에 의해 원추대의 내측 표면을 따라 액체가 상승하며, 상승한 액체의 일부 또는 전부가 원추대의 외측 표면을 따라 하강하며 원추대가 항상 습윤면으로 되도록 구성되어 있는 열전달 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보조 열전달 수단이 제1 실린더와, 제1 실린더의 내측에 배치되어 있으며 열전달 장치의 바닥부에 부착되어 있는 제2 실린더로 이루어지며, 제1 실린더의 상면이 제2 실린더의 상면보다 낮게 구성되어 있으며, 액체가 제1 실린더를 통과하여 제2 실린더로 흐르며, 제2 실린더의 상부로부터 제2 실린더의 실린더 벽을 타고 흘러 내리도록 구성되어 있는 열전달 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탱크 벽이 경사를 이루고 있는 열전달 장치.
- 교반 탱크, 당해 교반 탱크의 탱크 벽을 따라 액체 또는 슬러리를 순환시키는 액체 순환 수단 및 교반 탱크 내의 액면보다 위에 설치되어 있고, 당해 교반 탱크에 설치되어 있는 열전달 수단과 온도차를 발생시키는 1개 이상의 보조 열전달 수단을 포함하는 결정 석출장치로서, 보조 열전달 수단의 외표면이 항상 습윤면 상태로 있는 결정 석출장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 보조 열전달 수단이 교반 탱크 내의 액면보다 위에 설치되어 있는 결정 석출장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 교반 탱크의 탱크 벽이 경사를 이루고 있는 결정 석출장치.
- 교반 탱크와 당해 교반 탱크의 탱크 벽을 따라 액체를 순환시키는 액체 순환 수단을 포함하며, 당해 교반 탱크의 탱크 벽이 경사를 이루고 있는 열전달 장치.
- 교반 탱크와 당해 교반 탱크의 탱크 벽을 따라 액체 또는 슬러리를 순환시키는 액체 순환 수단을 포함하며, 당해 교반 탱크의 탱크 벽이 경사를 이루고 있으며 교반 탱크에 온도차를 발생시킬 수 있는 열전달 수단이 2개 이상 설치되어 있는 결정 석출장치.
