Description
Claims (20)
- 팔라듐, 금 및 칼륨 알카노에이트로 함침된 지지체 입자를 포함하여, 알켄, 알칸산 및 산소-함유 기체의 반응을 촉매하여 알케닐 알카노에이트를 생산하는 촉매를 제조하는 방법으로서,(a) 수용성 팔라듐 및 금 화합물의 수용액으로 지지체 입자를 함침시키는 단계;(b) 침전제로서 알칼리 금속 실리케이트 또는 수산화물을 사용하여 용액으로부터 지지체 입자상으로 수용성 팔라듐 및 금 화합물을 침전시키는 단계;(c) 웃물 세척수가 질산은 시험에 대하여 음성이 될 때까지 물로 침전 지지체를 세척하는 단계;(d) 세척된 침전 지지체를 건조시키는 단계;(e) 150℃ 내지 310℃의 온도에서 환원제로서 에틸렌을 사용하거나, 150℃ 내지 299℃의 온도에서 환원제로서 수소를 사용하여 지지체 입자상에서 침전된 수용성 팔라듐 및 금 화합물을 팔라듐 및 금으로 전환시키는 단계;(f) 지지체 입자의 초기 습윤점까지 칼륨 알카노에이트로 지지체 입자를 추가로 함침시키는 단계; 및(g) 촉매를 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 1.0 내지 4.5 중량%의 칼륨을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 200℃ 내지 310℃의 온도에서 에틸렌으로 환원됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 200℃ 내지 299℃의 온도에서 수소로 환원됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 팔라듐, 금 및 칼륨 아세테이트로 함침된 지지체 입자를 포함하여, 에틸렌, 아세트산 및 산소-함유 기체의 반응을 촉매하여 비닐 아세테이트를 생산하는 촉매를 제조하는 방법으로서,(a) 팔라듐 및 금 염의 수용액 및 산으로 지지체 입자를 함침시키는 단계;(b) 침전제로서 알칼리 금속 메타실리케이트 또는 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용하여 그러한 용액으로부터 지지체 입자상으로 수용성 팔라듐 및 금 화합물을 침전시키는 단계;(c) 웃물 세척수가 질산은 시험에 대하여 음성이 될 때까지 물로 침전 지지체를 세척하는 단계;(d) 세척된 침전 지지체를 건조시키는 단계;(e) 150℃ 내지 310℃의 온도에서 환원제로서 에틸렌을 사용하거나, 150℃ 내지 299℃의 온도에서 환원제로서 수소를 사용하여 지지체 입자상에서 침전된 수용성 팔라듐 및 금 화합물을 팔라듐 및 금으로 전환시키는 단계;(f) 지지체 입자를 아세트산칼륨으로 추가로 함침시키는 단계; 및(g) 촉매를 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 칼륨 테트라클로로팔라데이트가 99.99%의 순도임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 하이드로겐테트라클로라우레이트가 99.998%의 순도임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 촉매가 0.5 내지 1.2 중량% Pd를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 촉매가 0.3 내지 2.4 중량% Au를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 촉매가 1.0 내지 4.5 중량%의 칼륨을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 함침된 지지체가 250℃ 내지 310℃의 온도에서 에틸렌으로환원됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 촉매가 200℃ 내지 299℃의 온도에서 수소에 의해 환원됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 에티렌, 아세트산 및 산소를 포함하는 반응성 기체 조성물의 촉매화된 기상 반응에 의해 50 psig에서 300 g VA/L cat/hr 이상 및 120 psig에서 600 g VA/L cat/hr 이상의 공간 시간 수율치로 비닐 아세테이트를 제조하는 방법으로서,(a) 하기 방법에 의해 제조된 촉매와 반응성 기체 조성물을 접촉시키는 단계:(1) 팔라듐 및 금 염의 수용액 및 산으로 지지체 입자를 함침시키는 단계;(2) 침전제로서 알칼리 금속 메타실리케이트 또는 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 이들의 혼합물을 사용하여 그러한 용액으로부터 지지체 입자상으로 수용성 팔라듐 및 금 화합물을 침전시키는 단계;(3) 웃물 세척수가 질산은 시험에 대하여 음성이 될 때까지 물로 침전 지지체를 세척하는 단계;(4) 세척된 침전 지지체를 건조시키는 단계;(5) 150℃ 내지 310℃의 온도에서 환원제로서 에틸렌을 사용하거나, 150℃ 내지 299℃의 온도에서 환원제로서 수소를 사용하여 지지체 입자상에서 침전된 수용성 팔라듐 및 금 화합물을 팔라듐 및 금으로 전환시키는 단계;(6) 지지체 입자를 아세트산칼륨으로 추가로 함침시키는 단계; 및(7) 촉매를 건조시키는 단계; 및(b) 반응성 기체 조성물을 160℃의 온도로 유지시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 팔라듐 염이 99.99% 순도의 칼륨 테트라클로로팔라데이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 금 산이 99.998% 순도의 하이드로겐테트라클로라우레이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 촉매가 0.5 내지 1.2 중량% Pd를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 촉매가 0.3 내지 2.4 중량% Au를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 촉매가 1.0 내지 4.5 중량% 칼륨을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 촉매가 250℃ 내지 310℃의 온도에서 에틸렌으로 환원됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
