Claims (1)
- 연강 또는 합금강제 외피에 플럭스를 충진하여 제조되는 염기성계 플럭스 코어드 와이어에 있어서, 상기 플럭스의 구성성분은 와이어 전 중량을 기준으로TiO2환산치로서 Ti 및 Ti 산화물 : 0.3 - 3.0%,SiO2환산치로서 Si 및 Si산화물 : 1.0 - 2.5%,MgO 환산치로서 Mg 및 Mg산화물 : 0.1 - 1.5%,MnO 환산치로서 Mn 및 Mn 산화물 : 1.5 - 4.0%,Al2O3환산치로서 Al 및 Al산화물 : 0.2 - 1.5%,ZrO2환산치로서 Zr 및 Zr 산화물 : 0.1 - 1.0%,CaF2: 0.2 - 3.5% 및K2O : 0.01 - 0.5%를 포함하며,상기 구성성분들은 하기 식(1)의 염기도 값이 0.5 - 4.5임을 특징으로 하는 염기성계 플럭스 코어드 와이어.B = (CaF2+ MgO + MnO + K2O ) / (TiO2+SiO2+ Al2O3+ ZrO2) ......
