Claims (1)
- 연강 또는 합금강제 외피에 플럭스를 충진하여 제조되는 대각장용 플럭스 코어드 와이어로서, 상기 플럭스는 와이어 전체중량에 대하여 TiO2: 2~8%, Al2O3: 0.1~1.0%, MgO : 0.3~2.0%, SiO2: 0.5~3.0%, ZrO2: 0.5~2.0%, Si : 0.1~2.0%, Mn : 1.5~4.0% 및 Al :0.05~1.5%를 포함하여 제조되며, 상기 구성성분들이 하기 식(1)의 Z값으로 0.2~1.7을 만족하는 대각장용 플럭스 코어드 와이어.Z=(Mn+Al+Si)/(TiO2+Al2O3+MgO+SiO2+ZrO2)‥‥‥(1)
