Description
Claims (23)
- 기판 상에 적어도 제1 전극, 유기층, 제2 전극, 보호층을 형성한 유기 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기층 내의 발광 영역으로부터 발광 광을 사출하는 공기층까지의 거리 d가 수학식 1(λ: 발광 광 중심 파장)을 만족하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 기판 상에 적어도 제1 전극, 유기층, 제2 투명 전극을 형성한 유기 EL 기판, 및 대향 기판을 갖는 유기 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 기판과 대향 기판과의 사이에 광 추출층을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 기판 상에 적어도 제1 전극, 유기층, 제2 투명 전극을 형성한 유기 EL 기판, 및 대향 기판을 갖는 유기 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 기판과 대향 기판과의 사이에 광 추출층을 포함하고,상기 유기층 내의 발광 영역으로부터 상기 제2 투명 전극까지의 사이에 형성된 층의 전체 막 두께 d가 수학식 1(λ: 발광 광 중심 파장)을 만족하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 기판 상에 적어도 제1 전극, 유기층, 제2 투명 전극을 형성한 유기 EL 기판, 및 대향 기판을 갖는 유기 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 기판과 대향 기판과의 사이에 광 추출층, 및 상기 제2 투명 전극의 보조 전극을 포함하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 기판 상에 적어도 제1 전극, 유기층, 제2 투명 전극이 형성된 유기 EL 기판, 및 대향 기판을 갖는 유기 발광 소자에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 기판과 대향 기판과의 사이에 광 추출층, 및 상기 제2 투명 전극의 보조 전극을 포함하고, 상기 유기층 내의 발광 영역으로부터 상기 제2 투명 전극까지 형성된 층의 전체 막 두께 d가 수학식 1(λ: 발광 광 중심 파장)을 만족하는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 기판과 상기 대향 기판과의 사이에, 상기 광 추출층의 두께를 제어하는 리브를 설치한 유기 발광 소자.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 광 추출층의 막 두께가 50㎛ 이상인 유기 발광 소자.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 리브를 상기 대향 기판 상에 형성한 유기 발광 소자.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 리브가 유리, 또는, 광 경화성 수지로 형성되어 있는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 기판과 상기 대향 기판과의 밀봉 부분에 리브가 형성되어 있는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 기판과 상기 대향 기판의 사이에 컬러 필터가 형성되어 있는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 컬러 필터가 상기 대향 기판 상에 형성되어 있는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 대향 기판 상에 흡습층을 설치한 유기 발광 소자.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 유기 EL 기판과 상기 대향 기판을 밀봉하는 주변에 흡습층을 설치한 유기 발광 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,보조 전극이 화소간에 형성되어 있는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,보조 전극이 상기 대향 기판 상에 형성된 화소간에 형성되어 있는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제4항에 있어서,보조 전극이 상기 제2 투명 전극 상에 형성되어 있는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 제2 투명 전극과 상기 보조 전극을 오믹 접촉시키기 위한 접착층을 설치한 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제2 전극이 고 광 투과율의 극박막 금속으로 형성되어 있는 유기 발광 소자.
- 제1항에 기재된 유기 발광 소자를 이용한 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 유기 발광 소자가 1화소 내에 적, 녹, 청의 각 색에 대응하는 유기 발광 소자인 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제20항에 있어서,상기 유기 발광 소자의 제2 전극이 고 광 투과율의 극박막 금속으로 형성되어 있는 유기 발광 표시 장치.
- 제20항에 기재된 유기 발광 표시 장치를 표시부에 적용한 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대 전화기.
