Claims (10)
- 농축 단계 중 농축 기체와 담체 기체의 혼합물을 이용하고, 이 때 담체 기체는 농축 기체의 5 내지 50 부피% 비율로 존재하는 것이 특징인, 중성 기체 존재하에 저-압 농축 단계와 확산 단계의 교체 이용으로 이루어지는 저-압 시멘테이션 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 농축 기체는 아세틸렌(C2H2)인 것이 특징인 저-압 시멘테이션 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 담체 기체는 질소인 것이 특징인 저-압 시멘테이션 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 담체 기체는 수소인 것이 특징인 저-압 시멘테이션 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 담체 기체는 질소와 수소를 5 내지 60% 비율로 포함하는 것이 특징인 저-압 시멘테이션 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시멘테이션 쳄버내 압력은 1kPa 이상인 것이 특징인 저-압 시멘테이션 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시멘테이션 쳄버내 압력은 1 내지 2 kPa 범위인 것이 특징인 저-압 시멘테이션 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 확산 및 농축 단계는 실제로 동일한 압력에서 수행되는 것이 특징인 저-압 시멘테이션 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 공정 온도는 850 내지 1200℃인 것이 특징인 저-압 시멘테이션 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 농축 단계는 0.5분, 바람직하게는 약 십초보다 짧은 지속 기간의 확산 하위-단계로 분리되는, 일분보다 짧은 지속 기간의 하위-단계들로 나뉘는 것이 특징인 저-압 시멘테이션 방법.
