Claims (21)
- 바인더 및 충전제를 포함하는 이음화합물; 및,본질적으로 탄화수소 치환 황산염, 술폰산염, 황산 또는 술폰산으로 구성된 계면활성제 첨가제로, 여기서, 상기 탄화수소는 12 내지 24 탄소원자를 갖는, 지방족의, 올레핀의, 아크릴수지 또는 방향족 그룹, 또는 그의 결합인 계면활성제 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소는 방향족 그룹을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소는 12 내지 18 탄소원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소는 도데실 벤젠인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제 첨가제는 건중량에 기초해서 약 0.04% 내지 약 0.5%의 농도로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 바인더는 라텍스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 충전제는 탄산칼슘, 황산칼슘, 펄라이트, 팽창 펄라이트, 탄산마그네슘, 백운석 및 그의 결합으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 충전제는 팽창 펄라이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 치환 황산염 또는 술폰산염은 나트륨 또는 칼륨 염의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이음화합물은 셀룰로오스성 점증제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이음화합물은 하나 이상의 방부제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이음화합물은 하나 이상의 현탁화제를 더 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이음화합물은 하나 이상의 색소를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 이음화합물은 방부제, 현탁화제, 및 색소를 더 포함하고, 상기 계면활성제 첨가제는 본질적으로 나트륨 도데실 벤젠 술폰네이트로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 라텍스 바인더, 충전제, 방부제 및 점증제를 포함하는 이음화합물로, 상기 충전제는 탄산칼슘 또는 황산칼슘을 포함하는 이음화합물; 및,본질적으로 탄화수소 치환 술폰산염으로 구성된 계면활성제 첨가제로, 상기 탄화수소는 12 내지 24 탄소원자를 갖는 아크릴수지 또는 방향족 그룹을 포함하는 계면활성제 첨가제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소는 12 내지 18 탄소원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소는 16 내지 20 탄소원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소는 도데실 벤젠을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제 첨가제의 농도는 건중량에 기초해서 모든 성분들의 퍼센트로서 약 0.04% 내지 약 0.5%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 이음화합물 성분들을 습식 성분 및 건식 성분으로 분류하는 단계로, 상기 이음화합물 성분은 바인더, 충전제, 방부제, 물 및 계면활성제 첨가제를 포함하고, 상기 계면활성제 첨가제는 탄화수소 치환 황산염, 술폰산염, 황산 또는 술폰산을 포함하고, 여기서, 상기 탄화수소는 12 내지 24 탄소원자를 갖는, 지방족의, 올레핀의, 아크릴수지 또는 방향족 그룹, 또는 그의 결합인 단계;상기 건식 성분들을 함께 혼합하는 단계;상기 액체 성분들을 함께 혼합하는 단계; 및상기 건식 성분들과 상기 액체 성분들을 혼합하여 균일한 혼합물을 형성하는 단계에 의해서 얻어지는 레디-믹스 이음화합물.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합단계들은 대체로 동시에 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 이음화합물.
