Abstract

본 발명은 양파를 가지고 조청과 엿을 만드는 제조방법으로써 양파의 껍질을 벗기고 물로 세척하여 반으로 쪼갠 후 물을 조금 붓고 양파가 완전히 무르도록 끊여 식힌 후 자루에 넣고 꽉 짠물을 졸이면 조청과 전통엿이 된다.

양파 조청, 양파엿을 제공하고자 한다.
호박엿, 쌀엿, 옥수수, 조청과 엿은 있어도 양파조청, 양파엿은 없고 엿을 만드는 과정 자체가 틀리다.
양파의 껍질을 벗기고 물로 세척하여 반으로 쪼갠 후 물을 조금 붓고 양파가 무르도록 끊여 식힌 후 자루에 넣고 양파물을 꽉 짠후 고운체로 거르고 불을 때서 끓여 졸이면 달고 맛있는 조청과 엿이 된다.
상술한 바와 같이 양파의 껍질을 벗기고 물로 세척하여 반으로 쪼갠 후 물을 조금 붓고 양파가 무르도록 끓여 식힌 후 자루에 넣고 양파물을 꽉 짠후 고운체로 거르고 양파물을 끓여 졸이면 달고 맛있는 양파 조청과 엿이 된다.
양파는 혈압조절, 중풍예방, 항암식품으로 각광, 인슐린 분비 촉진, 불면증 웬만한 심장약보다 낫다. 이것은 일요신문에 난 기사이다. 이렇게 좋은 양파를 가지고 조청이나 엿을 만들어 먹으면 몸에 좋을 것이다.

  1. 양파의 껍질을 벗기고 물로 세척하여 반으로 쪼갠후 물을 조금붓고 양파가 무르도록 끓여 식힌 후 자루에 넣고 양파물을 꽉짠후 고은체로 거르고 양파물을 끊여 졸이면 달고 맛있는 양파 조청과 엿이 되는 양파 조청과 엿 제조방법과 양파조청과 양파엿.
