Claims (7)
- 시멘트의 생산과 도시의 고체 쓰레기의 연소가 통합되고, 기상 또는 고체 생산물이나 혹은 여러 공정들 중 어느 한 공정의 부산물이 다른 공정에서 사용되게 하는, 공동 연소용 공정 방법에 있어서,(i) 회전형 가마와 2차 연소실에서 도시의 고체 쓰레기를 연소시키고 2차 연소실로부터 나온 연도 가스를 시멘트 생산 공정의 예비 하소기로 향하게 하는 단계와,(ii) 도시의 고체 쓰레기의 연소 공정으로부터 나온 연도 가스 내의 산성 가스를 시멘트 생산 공정에 있는 건식 세정기 역할을 하는 예비 하소기에서 제거하는 단계와,(iii) 연소용 연소 공기를 시멘트 생산 공정의 시멘트 용재괴 냉각기로부터 나온 고온 공기로부터 적어도 일부 유도하는 단계와,(iv) 쓰레기를 회전형 가마 안에서 연소시켜서 그 결과물을 1050℃ 내지 1200℃의 온도에서 4초 이상의 유지 시간 동안 작동되는 2차 연소실을 통과하게 하는 단계 중에서 하나 이상의 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동 연소용 공정 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 쓰레기를 회전형 가마에서 연소시키고, 그 결과물을 1050 ℃ 내지 1200℃의 온도에서 4초 이상의 유지 시간 동안 작동되는 2차 연소실을 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동 연소용 공정 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다이옥신 형성 전구체들을 2차 연소실 내의 연도 가스로부터 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동 연소용 공정 방법.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 회전형 가마와 2차 연소실 안에서 소각을 하고, 2차 연소실로부터 나온 연도 가스를 시멘트 생산 공정의 예비 하소기로 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동 연소용 공정 방법.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도시의 고체 쓰레기 연소 공정에서 나온 연도 가스 내의 산성 가스를 시멘트 생산 공정에 있는 건식 세정기 역할을 하는 예비 하소기에서 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동 연소용 공정 방법.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연소용 연소 공기를 시멘트 생산 공정의 시멘트 용재괴 냉각기로부터 나온 고온 공기로부터 적어도 일부 유도하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동 연소용 공정 방법.
- 상기 항들 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연소 공정에서 생산된 슬래그를 시멘트 생산 공정에서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동 연소용 공정 방법.
