Claims (11)
- 3~6가닥의 스틸 필라멘트를 꼬아서 이루어지는 단층의 스틸코드로서, 상기 스틸 필라멘트의 적어도 1가닥의 필라멘트 주위에 미가류 고무가 피복되고, 이 미가류 고무가 코드 중심부의 공극을 채우고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드.
- 코어 필라멘트로서 복수가닥의 스틸 필라멘트를 꼬아서 이루어지는 코어 스트랜드와 이 코어 스트랜드의 주위에 외층 필라멘트로서 복수 가닥의 스틸 필라멘트를 꼰 2층 구조의 스틸코드로서, 상기 코어 필라멘트로서의 복수 가닥의 스틸 필라멘트의 모든 필라멘트 주위에 미가류 고무가 피복되고, 이 미가류 고무가 코드 내부의 공극을 채우고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드.
- 3~4가닥의 스틸 필라멘트를 꼬아서 이루어지는 심층과, 이 심층의 주위에 꼰 복수 가닥의 스틸 필라멘트로 이루어지는 외층과의 2층 구조로 된 스틸코드로서, 상기 심층을 구성하는 3~4가닥의 스틸 필라멘트 중의 일부의 스틸 필라멘트의 주위에 미가류 고무가 피복되고, 이 미가류 고무가 심층 중심부의 공극을 채우고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 외층을 구성하는 스틸 필라멘트의 필라멘트 상호의 평균극간이 2/100mm 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드.
- 제 1항, 제 2항, 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 미가류 고무는 타이어의 고무와 동질인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드.
- 스틸 필라멘트의 적어도 1가닥의 필라멘트 주위에 미리 미가류 고무를 피복하고, 그 미가류 고무 피복 필라멘트를 포함하는 3~6가닥의 스틸 필라멘트를 동시에 꼬아서 단층의 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드의 제조방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 꼬는 모든 스틸 필라멘트의 주위에 미가류 고무를 피복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드의 제조방법.
- 코어 필라멘트로서 2~4가닥의 스틸 필라멘트의 모든 필라멘트 주위에 미가류 고무를 피복한 후, 이들 2~4가닥의 모든 스틸 필라멘트를 동시에 꼬아서 코어 스트랜드로 만들고, 다음으로 그 코어 스트랜드의 주위에 외층 필라멘트로서 복수 가닥의 스틸 필라멘트를 꼬는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드의 제조방법.
- 코어 필라멘트로서 복수 가닥의 스틸 필라멘트의 모든 필라멘트 주위에 미가류 고무를 피복하고, 이들 미가류 고무를 피복한 복수 가닥의 스틸 필라멘트의 주위에 외층 필라멘트로서 복수 가닥의 스틸 필라멘트를 배치하고, 이들 모든 스틸 필라멘트를 동일 방향, 동일 피치로 2층 구조로 꼬는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드의 제조방법.
- 코어 필라멘트로서 3~4가닥의 스틸 필라멘트 중의 일부의 스틸 필라멘트의 주위에 미가류 고무를 피복하고, 그 미가류 고무를 피복한 스틸 필라멘트를 포함하는 상기 3~4가닥의 스틸 필라멘트를 동시에 꼬아서 코어 스트랜드로 만들고, 다음으로 그 코어 스트랜드의 주위에 외층 필라멘트로서 복수 가닥의 스틸 필라멘트를 꼬는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드의 제조방법.
- 제 6항, 제 7항, 제 8항, 제 9항 또는 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 미가류 고무는 타이어의 고무와 동질인 것을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머 복합 스틸코드의 제조방법.
