Description
Claims (18)
- 의치, 특히 정밀한 3 차원 형상의 치관 또는 브릿지용의 기초구조물(68)을 제조하기 위한 것으로, 머신 프레임(12, 14) 또는 하우징, 회전축(38)을 갖는 공작물 캐리어, 적어도 하나의 디지털화 유니트(46), 적어도 하나의 가공유니트(52)와, 모든 구동요소를 위한 전자계산 및 제어유니트(50)를 갖는 의치용 기초구조물의 제조용 공작기계(10)에 있어서, 공작물 또는 블랭크(42)를 이송하거나 가공유니트(52)를 이송하기 위한 캐리어가 x, y 및 z 방향의 3 개 병진운동축선을 갖는 가동유니트로서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 의치용 기초구조물의 제조용 공작기계(10).
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 회전축(38)의 길이가 토크에 따라서 수정되거나 회전축(38)이 그 전체가 축방향(L)으로 이동될 수 있으며 x 방향의 병진운동축선을 구성함을 특징으로 하는 공작기계(10).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 회전축(38)이 양측에 블랭크(42)와 치아준비모델(44)을 고정하기 위한 클램핑장치를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 공작기계(10).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 회전축(38)이 일측에 블랭크(42)와치아준비모델(44)을 교대로 고정하기 위한 장치를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 공작기계(10).
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 디지털화 유니트(46)와 가공유니트(52)가 회전장치 또는 선형 레일과 함께 이동함으로써 교체될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 공작기계(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공작기계(10)가 수 개의 디지털화 유니트(46) 및/또는 가공유니트(52)로 구성될 수 있으며, 두 유니트가 회전축(38)에 대하여 서로 대향되게 상하, 전후 또는 좌우로 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 공작기계(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가공유니트(52)가 구조적으로 정합된 황삭 및 정삭가공용의 바이트(58, 60)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 공작기계(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가공유니트(52)가 연마핀, 밀링 컷터 또는 레이저 또는 전기부식용의 광학소오스를 갖는 재료제거용 가공공구(58, 60)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 공작기계(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전자계산 및 제어유니트(50)가 축척율을 입력하기 위한 광학적, 전기적, 자기적 또는 기계적인 촉각판독장치(51)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 공작기계(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동일한 기계, 공압, 유압 또는 전자시스템이 디지털화 유니트(46) 및 가공유니트(52)를 위하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 공작기계(10).
- 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항의 자동화 공작기계(10)를 이용하여 의치의 기초구조물(68)을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 치아준비모델(44)의 디지털화와 블랭크(42)의 가공이 동일한 공작기계(10)에서 잠정적으로 분리되어 수행되고, 블랭크(42)의 가공전에, 블랭크(42)의 가공경로가 사전에 결정되어 저장된 디지털화 데이터와 특정 재료의 축척율로부터 계산됨을 특징으로 하는 의치용 기초구조물의 제조방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 특징적인 블랭크 데이터가 전자계산 및 제어유니트(50)에 입력되고, 회전축(38)에 기초구조물(68)의 치아준비모델(44)과 블랭크(42)가 고정되며, 준비모델(44)의 공동내면이 완전히 디지털화되고, 디지털화되어 기록된 표면데이터가 가공유니트(52)의 가공경로로 전환되며, 블랭크(42)가 저장된 최종형태를 얻을 때까지 연속단계로 가공되고, 가공된 블랭크(66)와 준비모델(44)이 공작기계(10)로부터 분리됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 또는 제 12 항에 있어서, 양각형의 준비모델(44)이 디지털화됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 교합면 및 공동면의 디지털화와 가공경로로의 전환이 전자계산 및 제어유니트(50)에 보내짐이 없이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 준비모델(44)의 전표면의 디지털화와 가공된 블랭크(66)의 제조를 위하여, 회전축(38)이 기본위치로부터 180°, 90° 또는 60°로 회전됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전자계산 및 제어유니트(50)가 의치용 대칭 기초구조물(68)을 위한 가공경로를 계산하고 그 결과를 가공유니트(52)에 보냄을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 먼저 가공된 블랭크(66)의 교합면과 공동면이 차례로 황삭가공되고 이어서 교합면과 공동면이 정삭가공되며, 이 과정에서 회전축(38)에 대하여 대각선 방향으로 대향된 황삭 및 정삭바이트(58, 60)가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 11 항 내지 제 17 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고정형 가공유니트(52)와, 공작물인 블랭크(42)의 캐리어가 단일 가동유니트로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
