Description
Claims (12)
- 위험물로서 지정되는 규정값 이하의 리튬함유량을 갖는 소형전지를 수송하는 용도로 제공되는 전지의 수송용 포장용기에 있어서,복수의 소형전지를 패키지한 총중량이 25kg 이하가 되는 외장용기를 구성하는 재료의 강도가 JIS 규정에 의한 파열강도 시험방법에서 13.0kgf/㎠ 이상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
- 위험물로서 지정되는 규정값 이하의 리튬함유량을 갖는 소형전지를 수송하는 용도로 제공되는 전지의 수송용 포장용기에 있어서,복수의 소형전지를 패키지한 총중량이 25kg 이하가 되는 외장용기는 그 각 면의 각 모서리부가 직육면체로 형성되고, 이것이 1.2m의 높이에서 천정면의 각이 착지하는 대모서리낙하하였을 때에도 소형전지의 이탈이 없고, 3m 높이로 적재해도 수송의 안전성에 영향을 미치는 변형이 생기지 않는 강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,외장용기를 구성하는 재료는 펄프라이너를 이용한 두께 7mm 이상의 복양면골판지 또는 복복양면골판지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
- 제 3항에 있어서,복양면골판지의 표면라이너는 JIS 규정에서의 평량이 210g/㎡ 이상이고, JIS 규정에서의 파열강도가 6kgf/㎠ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,외장용기를 구성하는 재료는 A 플루트, B 플루트 및 C 플루트를 선택적으로 조합한 복양면골판지 또는 복복양면골판지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
- 제 5항에 있어서,복양면골판지의 표면라이너는 JIS 규정에서의 평량이 210g/㎡ 이상이고, JIS 규정에서의 파열강도가 6kgf/㎠ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,외장용기의 내측에 적어도 1층의 복양면골판지 또는 양면골판지가 배치되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,소형전지는 리튬 1차 전지 또는 리튬이온 2차 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,소형전지는 리튬 1차 전지 또는 리튬이온 2차 전지를 내장한 장치 또는 패키지한 기기인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,소형전지는 단위전지마다 절연재료로 구분되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,소형전지는 복수개의 블록마다 포장한 개별포장 팩으로 형성하여 외장용기 내에 수용되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,위험물로서 지정되는 규정값 이하의 리튬함유량을 갖는 소형전지는 전지 중의 금속리튬 또는 리튬합금이 단위전지에서는 1g 이하, 조합전지에서는 2g 이하인 리튬 1차 전지, 또는 전지 중의 금속리튬환산량이 단위전지에서는 1.5g 이하, 조합전지에서는 8g 이하인 리튬이온 2차 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전지의 수송용 포장용기.
