Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- (1) 비닐 방향족 탄화수소를 주체로 하는 1 개 이상의 중합체 블록과, 공액 디엔 화합물을 주체로 하는 1 개 이상의 중합체 블록을 가지고, 공액 디엔 화합물에 기초하는 비닐 결합량 V (%) 가 37 % 이상 70 % 미만인 블록 공중합체의 수소첨가물로서,(a) 공액 디엔 화합물에 기초하는 불포화 이중결합의 토탈 수소첨가율 H (%) 가 다음의 관계식을 만족하고,V < H < 1.25 ×V + 1050 ≤H < 80(b) 비닐 결합의 수소첨가율이 82 % 이상인 수소첨가 블록 공중합체.
- (1) 제 1 항에 기재된 수소첨가 블록 공중합체, 및(2) 폴리올레핀계 수지로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 조성물이, (1) 성분과 (2) 성분의 총중량 100 중량부에 대하여, 1 ∼ 50 중량부의 성분 (1) 및 99 ∼ 50 중량부의 성분 (2) 로 이루어지고, 성분 (1) 이 추가로 하기 요건을 만족하는 블록 공중합체 조성물:(c) 비닐 방향족 탄화수소의 함유량이 5 ∼ 50 중량 %,(d) 용융 유속이 0.5 ∼ 100 g/10 분.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 조성물이, (1) 성분과 (2) 성분의 총중량 100 중량부에 대하여, 1 ∼ 95 중량부의 성분 (1) 및 99 ∼ 5 중량부의 성분 (2) 로 이루어지고, 성분 (1) 이 추가로 하기 요건을 만족하는 블록 공중합체 조성물:(c) 비닐 방향족 탄화수소의 함유량이 5 ∼ 35 중량 %,(d) 수평균 분자량이 3 만 초과 33 만 미만.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 조성물이, (1) 성분과 (2) 성분의 총중량 100 중량부에 대하여, 20 ∼ 95 중량부의 성분 (1) 및 80 ∼ 5 중량부의 성분 (2), 추가로 성분 (1) 100 중량부에 대하여, (3) 5 ∼ 300 중량부의 비방향족계 고무연화제 및 (4) 500 중량부 이하의 무기충전제로 이루어지고, 성분 (1) 이 추가로 하기 요건을 만족하는 블록 공중합체 조성물:(c) 비닐 방향족 탄화수소의 함유량이 5 ∼ 50 중량 %,(d) 수평균 분자량이 5 만 ∼ 100 만.
- (1) 비닐 방향족 탄화수소를 주체로 하는 1 개 이상의 중합체 블록과, 공액 디엔 화합물을 주체로 하는 1 개 이상의 중합체 블록을 가지고, 공액 디엔 화합물에 기초하는 비닐 결합량 V (%) 가 30 % 이상 70 % 미만인 블록 공중합체의 수소첨가물로서,(a) 공액 디엔 화합물에 기초하는 불포화 이중결합의 토탈 수소첨가율 H (%)가 다음의 관계식을 만족하고,V < H < 2 ×V + 1030 ≤H < 80(b) 비닐 결합의 수소첨가율이 82 % 이상인 수소첨가 블록 공중합체 100 중량부, 및(2) 점착부여제 20 ∼ 400 중량부 (성분 (1) 100 중량부에 대하여) 로 이루어지는 블록 공중합체 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 성분 (1) 이 추가로 하기 요건을 만족하는 블록 공중합체 조성물:(c) 비닐 방향족 탄화수소의 함유량이 5 ∼ 60 중량 %,(d) 피크 분자량이 5 만 ∼ 30 만.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 성분 (1) 이(1-A) 비닐 방향족 탄화수소를 주체로 하는 1 개의 중합체 블록과, 공액 디엔 화합물을 주체로 하는 1 개의 중합체 블록을 가지고, 공액 디엔 화합물에 기초하는 비닐 결합량 V (%) 가 30 % 이상 70 % 미만인 블록 공중합체의 수소첨가물로서,(a) 공액 디엔 화합물에 기초하는 불포화 이중결합의 토탈 수소첨가율 H (%) 가 다음의 관계식을 만족하고,V < H < 2 ×V + 1030 ≤H < 80(b) 비닐 결합의 수소첨가율이 82 % 이상,(c) 비닐 방향족 탄화수소의 함유량이 5 ∼ 60 중량 % 인 수소첨가 블록 공중합체 20 ∼ 90 중량 %,(1-B) 비닐 방향족 탄화수소를 주체로 하는 2 개 이상의 중합체 블록과, 공액 디엔 화합물을 주체로 하는 1 개 이상의 중합체 블록을 가지고, 공액 디엔 화합물에 기초하는 비닐 결합량 V (%) 가 30 % 이상 70 % 미만인 블록 공중합체의 수소첨가물로서,(a) 공액 디엔 화합물에 기초하는 불포화 이중결합의 토탈 수소첨가율 H (%) 가 다음의 관계식을 만족하고,V < H < 2 ×V + 1030 ≤H < 80(b) 비닐 결합의 수소첨가율이 82 % 이상,(c) 비닐 방향족 탄화수소의 함유량이 5 ∼ 60 중량 % 인 수소첨가 블록 공중합체 80 ∼ 10 중량 % 로 이루어지며, 성분 (1-A) 와 성분 (1-B) 의 평균 분자량이 5 만 ∼ 30 만인 블록 공중합체 조성물.
