Claims (13)
- 투명 플라스틱 기재 및 이 기재의 적어도 일측의 표면상에 형성된 도막을 갖는 투명적층체로, 이 도막은 (A) 펜던트 카르복실산기를 갖고 또한 폴리머쇄 사이에 가교구조를 갖지 않는 선상 폴리우레탄의 자기 유화 에멀젼,(B) 표면에 소수성기를 갖는 무기산화물의 졸 및,(C) 분자내에 적어도 1 개의 수산기와 수산기를 구성하는 산소 이외의 산소를 적어도 1 개 갖는 탄소수 5 ∼ 9 의 화합물을 함유하는 액상 프라이머 조성물을 도포, 경화시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 투명 적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자기 유화 에멀젼 (A) 이 신장율이 240% ∼ 500% 이고, 그리고 100% 모듈러스가 190 kgf/㎟ 이상인, 상기 자기 유화 에멀젼만으로 이루어지는 도막을 부여하는 투명적층체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 자기 유화 에멀젼 (A) 의 선상 폴리우레탄이 비스페놀A 골격을 함유하는 투명적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 액상 프라이머 조성물은, (A) 성분 100 중량부당 (비휘발분으로서), (B) 성분 5 ∼ 400 중량부 (무기산화물로서) 및 (C) 성분 50 ∼3000 중량부를 함유하는 투명적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 소수성기는 알킬기, 아크릴록시기로 치환된 알킬기, 메타크릴록시기로 치환된 알킬기, 글리시딜옥시기로 치환된 알킬기 및 한쪽 말단에 알킬기를 갖는 알킬렌글리콜기로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 투명적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 졸 (B) 의 무기산화물이 Si, Al, Sn, Sb, Ta, Ce, La, Fe, Zn, W, Zr, In 및 Ti 의 각 원소의 산화물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 산화물의 미립자이고 그리고 그 표면이 하기 식 (1)R1R2 aSiXb…(1)(여기에서, R1은 메타크릴록시기 또는 글리시딜옥시기로 치환되어 있어도 좋은 알킬기이고, R2는 알킬기이고, X 는 가수분해성기이며, a 는 0, 1 또는 2 이고 그리고 b 는 1, 2 또는 3 이다, 단 a+b=3) 으로 표시되는 유기실란화합물로 개질됨으로써 상기 미립자의 표면에 소수성기를 갖는 투명적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 졸 (B) 의 무기산화물이 산화티탄을 적어도 50 중량% 함유하는 복합산화물인 투명적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 (C) 성분은, 알킬렌글리콜의 모노알킬에테르, 폴리알킬렌글리콜의 모노알킬에테르, 알킬렌글리콜의 모노아실에스테르, 폴리알킬렌글리콜의 모노아실에스테르, 3-메톡시-3-메틸-1-부탄올 및 다이아세톤알코올로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 투명적층체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액상 프라이머 조성물로 이루어지는 도막의 외표면상에 하드코팅막을 추가로 갖는 투명적층체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 하드코팅막이 (D) Si, Al, Sn, Sb, Ta, Ce, La, Fe, Zn, W, Zr, In 및 Ti 의 각 원소의 산화물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되고 또한 입경 1 ∼ 100㎚ 의 미립자로 이루어지는 무기산화물의 졸 및 (E) 하기 식 (2)R3R4 dSi(OR5)3-d…(2)(여기에서 R3은 에폭시기를 갖는 탄소수 2 ∼ 12 의 기, R4는 탄소수 1 ∼ 6 의 알킬기 또는 할로겐화 알킬기, 탄소수 2 ∼ 6 의 알케닐기, 페닐기 또는 할로겐화 페닐기이고, R5는 수소원자, 탄소수 1 ∼ 4 의 알킬기 또는 아실기이고, 그리고 d 는 0, 1 또는 2 이다) 로 표시되는 에폭시함유 규소화합물 또는 그 가수분해물을 함유하는 조성물을 도포, 경화시킨 것인 투명적층체.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 하드코팅막 위에 무반사 방지막을 추가로 갖는 투명적층체.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 11 항에 기재된 투명적층체로 이루어지는 안경용 플라스틱 렌즈.
- (A) 펜던트 카르복실산기를 갖고 또한 폴리머쇄 사이에 가교구조를 갖지 않는 선상 폴리우레탄의 자기 유화 에멀젼,(B) 표면에 소수성기를 갖는 무기산화물의 졸 및,(C) 분자내에 적어도 1 개의 수산기와 수산기를 구성하는 산소 이외의 산소를 적어도 1 개 갖는 탄소수 5 ∼ 9 의 화합물을 함유하는 액상 프라이머 조성물.
