Claims (13)
- 지지체;배기가스 내에 함유된 탄화수소를 흡착시키기 위해 상기 지지체 상에 하부층으로서 형성되고, 제올라이트와 하소된 콜로이드성 실리카를 함유하는 탄화수소 흡착 물질층으로서, 상기 콜로이드성 실리카는 하소 전후에 사슬형 구조와 구형 구조 중 하나 이상의 구조로 존재하는, 탄화수소 흡착 물질층; 및상기 탄화수소 흡착 물질층 위에 상부층으로서 형성되고, 촉매 금속을 함유하는 촉매 성분층을 포함하는 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드성 실리카가 하소 전에 5 내지 100 nm의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 콜로이드성 실리카가 하소 후에 상기 탄화수소 흡착 물질층에 대하여 1 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 함유되어 있는 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 금속이 팔라듐, 백금 및 로듐으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속인 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트가 20 내지 2000의 Si/Al 비를 갖는 β-제올라이트를 포함하는 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 제1항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트가 20 내지 2000의 Si/Al 비를 갖는 β-제올라이트, MFI, Y-형 제올라이트, USY-형 제올라이트 및 모오데나이트로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 제올라이트를 포함하는 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트가 중간다공질 실리카로 소수성 부여 처리된 것인, 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트가 팔라듐, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬, 바륨, 은, 이트륨, 란탄, 세륨, 네오디뮴, 인, 붕소 및 지르코늄으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 원소를 함유하는 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 성분층이 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리 토금속으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 금속을 함유하는 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 지지체;배기가스 내에 함유된 탄화수소를 흡착시키기 위해 상기 지지체 상에 하부층으로서 형성되고, 제올라이트와 실리카 입자를 함유하는 탄화수소 흡착 물질층으로서, 상기 실리카 입자가 사슬형 구조 및 구형 구조 중 하나 이상의 구조로 존재하며 상기 제올라이트 표면에 달라붙어 있는, 탄화수소 흡착 물질층; 및상기 탄화수소 흡착 물질층 위에 상부층으로서 형성되고, 촉매 금속을 함유하는 촉매 성분층을 포함하는 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 지지체;배기가스 내에 함유된 탄화수소를 흡착시키기 위해 상기 지지체 상에 하부층으로서 형성되고, 제올라이트와 실리카 입자를 함유하는 탄화수소 흡착 물질층으로서, 제올라이트와 사슬형 구조 및 구형 구조 중 하나 이상의 구조로 존재하는 콜로이드성 실리카를 함유하는 코팅액을 상기 지지체 상에 코팅함으로써 형성되는 탄화수소 흡착 물질층; 및상기 탄화수소 흡착 물질층 위에 상부층으로서 형성되고, 촉매 금속을 함유하는 촉매 성분층을 포함하는 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 지지체;배기가스 내에 함유된 탄화수소를 흡착시키기 위해 상기 지지체 상에 하부층으로서 형성되고, 제올라이트와 하소된 콜로이드성 실리카를 함유하는 탄화수소 흡착 물질층으로서, 이때 상기 제올라이트는 중간다공질 실리카로 소수성 부여 처리되고, 상기 콜로이드성 실리카는 하소 전후에 사슬형 구조 및 구형 구조 중 하나 이상의 구조로 존재하며, 상기 콜로이드성 실리카는 하소 전에 5 내지 100 nm의 평균 입자 크기를 갖고, 상기 콜로이드성 실리카는 하소 후에 상기 탄화수소 흡착 물질층에 대해 1 내지 50 중량%의 양으로 함유되어 있는, 탄화수소 흡착 물질층; 및상기 탄화수소 흡착 물질층 위에 상부층으로서 형성되고, 촉매 금속을 함유하는 촉매 성분층을 포함하는 배기가스 정제 촉매.
- 제올라이트와 사슬형 구조 및 구형 구조 중 하나 이상의 구조로 존재하는 콜로이드성 실리카를 함유하는 1차 코팅액을 지지체 상에 코팅하여 탄화수소 흡착 물질층을 하부층으로서 형성하고;촉매 금속을 함유하는 2차 코팅액을 상기 탄화수소 흡착 물질층 상에 코팅하여 촉매 성분층을 상부층으로서 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 배기가스 정제 촉매의 제조 방법.
