Claims (13)
- 차량용 공압 제동시스템의 압축기를 위한 제어시스템에 있어서,차량의 작동상태를 표시하는 하나이상의 입력값과,상기 압축기의 작동여부를 결정하는 출력값과,상기 압축기 하부의 저장조에 대한 목표압력을 연산하기 위한 타겟수단을 포함하며, 상기 출력값은 상기 타겟수단에 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 입력값은 차량의 트로틀 위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 목표압력은 트로틀 개방모드 보다 트로틀 폐쇄모드에서 높아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서,고압의 상기 목표압력은 정상적인 상기 목표압력을 8% 내지 10% 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 제4항에 있어서,고압의 제3목표압력을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 입력값은 상기 압축기 출구에서의 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 목표압력은 상기 압축기 출구의 온도상승에 응답하여 감소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 차량용 공압 제동시스템의 압축기를 위한 제어시스템에 있어서,상기 압축기는 설정된 목표압력에서 무부하상태로 유지될 수 있으며,상기 제어시스템은 차량의 트로틀 위치를 표시하는 입력값을 가지며, 트로틀 개방도가 제로일 때 상기 목표압력을 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 차량용 공압 제동시스템의 압축기를 위한 제어시스템에 있어서,차량의 엔진속도를 표시하는 제1입력값과,차량속도를 표시하는 제2입력값과,차량의 트로틀개방도를 표시하는 제3입력값과,상기 압축기의 하부에 위치된 저장조내의 공기압력을 표시하는 제4입력값과,상기 압축기를 무부하상태로 위치시킬 것인지 또는 유부하상태로 위치시킬 것인지의 여부를 결정하기 위한 출력값과,상기 저장조를 위한 목표압력을 연산하는 수단을 포함하며,상기 목표압력은 트로틀 개방모드가 아닌 트로틀 폐쇄모드에서 더욱 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서,고압의 상기 목표압력은 정상적인 상기 목표압력을 8% 내지 10% 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서,고압의 제3목표압력을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 상술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,독립적인 상기 압축기의 제어 및 퍼지 밸브가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어시스템.
- 차량의 공압 제동시스템의 압축기를 제어하는 방법에 있어서,차량의 작동상태를 표시하는 하나이상의 입력을 갖는 압축기용 제어시스템을 제공하는 단계와,상기 차량의 작동상태에 따라 압축기를 유부하상태나 무부하상태로 위치시키기 위해, 제어시스템으로부터의 출력을 제공하는 단계와,상기 압축기의 하부에 위치된 저장조를 위한 목표압력을 실시간으로 연산하는 타겟수단을 제공하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 제어시스템으로부터의 출력은 상기 타겟수단에 응답하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 제어방법.
