Claims (16)
- 삼산화 안티몬이 0.5마이크로미터 이상의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 및, 밝은 배경에 어두운 레이저 표시를 만드는 첨가제로써, 적어도 0.1w%(중합체 조성물의 전체 중량에 비례한 wt.%) 삼산화 안티몬을 포함하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,삼산화 안티몬이 1 내지 8마이크로미터 사이의 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,양이 0.5 내지 5w% 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,중합체 조성물이 필수적으로 할로겐이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 1.5마이크로미터의 평균 입자 크기의 삼산화 안티몬 2 내지 5wt.% 사이를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,또한 진주층 색소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 중합체, 적어도 0.5wt.% 삼산화 안티몬 및 적어도 0.1wt.% 진주층 색소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,0.5 내지 3wt.% 사이의 삼산화 안티몬 및 0.1 내지 3wt.% 사이의 진주층 색소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,진주층 색소 및 삼산화 안티몬의 중량비율이 1:0.5 내지 1:50 사이에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,중합체 조성물이 필수적으로 할로겐이 없고 할로겐이 없는 불꽃 반응지연제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,할로겐이 없는 불꽃 지연반응제로써 멜라민 시아누레이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물로 전체 또는 부분적으로 제조된 제품.
- 적어도 표시가 적용되는 곳에서 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 중합체 조성물로 구성된 제품이 표시 형태에 레이저 빛으로 조사되는 밝은 배경에 어두운 레이저 표시를 적용하는 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,제품이 1064㎚의 파장의 레이저 빛으로 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항 또는 제 14 항에 있어서,제품이 다이오드-펌프 레이저로부터 레이저 빛으로 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,제품이 Nd:YAG 레이저로부터 레이저 빛으로 방사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
