- 담체(10)와 촉매층(30)을 포함하고, 해당 촉매층(30)에 알칼리 금속 및 알칼리토류 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 흡장제로서 첨가하여 이루어지는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매에 있어서,상기 촉매층(30) 중에 상기 흡장제와 친화성이 높은 산성질 재료(40)를 혼합시키는 동시에, 해당 촉매층(30)과 상기 담체(10) 사이에 상기 흡장제가 담체 측으로 이동하는 것을 억제하는 억제층(20)을 형성하는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,알칼리 금속 및 알칼리토류 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 흡장제로서 첨가하여 이루어지는 제 2 촉매층(50)을 상기 촉매층(30)의 외측 면에 형성한 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,알칼리 금속 및 알칼리토류 금속으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 흡장제로서 첨가하여 이루어지는 제 2 촉매층(50)을 상기 촉매층(30)과 상기 억제층(20) 사이에 형성한 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 산성질 재료(40) 또는 상기 억제층(20)이 Ⅳ족, V족 및 Ⅵ족의 천이 원소 및 Ⅳ족, V족 및 Ⅵ족의 전형 원소로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 산성물질을 포함하는 산성 산화물과, 상기 적어도 하나의 산성물질을 포함하는 복합 산화물과, 질소 산화물과 상기 흡장제의 반응성을 저해하지 않는 재료와, 환원물질을 흡착하는 재료로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 재료로 구성되는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 산성질 재료(40)가 제올라이트로 이루어지고, 상기 억제층(20)이 실리카(SiO2)로 이루어지는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 억제층(20)은 산성도가 높은 층, 비표면적이 높은 층, 결정 격자가 작은 층, 분자량이 큰 원소 화합물로 이루어지는 층, 또는, 염기성도가 높은 층 중의 어느 하나로 구성되는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 흡장제는 칼륨(K)을 포함하고, 상기 담체(10)는 다공질 담체로 이루어지는 배기 가스 정화용 촉매.
