Claims (8)
- 베어링 합금층 표면을 커버하는 보호층(10)을 포함하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 재료에 있어서,상기 보호층은 고체윤활제 그리고 극성용매에 녹는 열가소성수지 및 열경화성수지로 된 바인더에 의해 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열가소성수지의 비율은 상기 열경화성수지 100%용량에 대해서 1~100%용량 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 상기 고체윤활제를 80%용량 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 재료.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 상기 고체윤활제를 80%용량 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 경질입자를 5%용량 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 재료.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 경질입자를 5%용량 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 재료.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 경질입자를 5%용량 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 재료.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 보호층은 경질입자를 5%용량 이하로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 미끄럼 베어링 재료.
