Description
さらに、非被覆部が、軸受合金層の表面全体に対し、25〜95%の面積を占め、被覆層の軸方向の幅寸法の合計(A+C)と、軸受合金層の全体の軸方向寸法(A+B+C)との比((A+C)/(A+B+C))が、0.30〜0.75であることにより、非被覆部による摺動時の放熱性を一層高めることができ、非焼付特性の向上に極めて効果的となる。
図1〜3は、本実施形態に係るすべり軸受たる、主荷重側の半割軸受1を示しており、この半割軸受1は、全体として、円筒を直径方向の分割線で2分割した如き半円筒形状(半割形状)に構成されている。この半割軸受1は、例えばスチールからなる裏金層2の上面側に、例えばアルミニウム合金からなる軸受合金層3を備えていると共に、その軸受合金層3の表面(摺動面である内周面)の一部に、合成樹脂に固体潤滑剤を含んでなる被覆層4(図1では便宜上ハッチングを付して示す)を設けて構成されている。
Claims (3)
- 軸受合金層の表面に、合成樹脂に固体潤滑剤を含んでなる被覆層を設けて構成される円筒又は半割形状のすべり軸受であって、
前記被覆層は、前記軸受合金層の表面の軸方向一端部又は両端部の、円周方向の一部又は全部に位置して形成されていると共に、
前記軸受合金層の表面の少なくとも軸方向両端部を除いた部分に、前記被覆層により覆われていない非被覆部が設けられ、
前記非被覆部が、前記軸受合金層の表面全体に対し、25〜95%の面積を占め、
前記被覆層の軸方向の幅寸法の合計(A+C)と、前記軸受合金層の全体の軸方向寸法(A+B+C)との比((A+C)/(A+B+C))が、0.30〜0.75であることを特徴とするすべり軸受。 - 前記軸受合金層には、その表面の軸方向両端部にテーパ加工がされていると共に、前記被覆層はそのテーパ加工部上の一部又は全部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のすべり軸受。
- 2個を組合せて円筒状とされる半割形状のすべり軸受のうち主荷重側を構成するものであって、
前記被覆層は、前記軸受合金層の表面の円周方向の頂点を中心としてその両側に渡って設けられていると共に、その形成領域が前記頂点の両側のそれぞれ30〜60度までの範囲とされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のすべり軸受。
