Claims (4)
- 친수성 제올라이트중의 나트륨의 일부가 란탄족 원소로 치환된 알루미노-실리케이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡습제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 aMxOy·bNa2O·cAl2O3·dSiO2·eH2O(여기서, M은 란탄족 원소로서, 이는 란탄족 원소중 선택된 일종의 원소이거나 복수종의 원소이다)로 표현되는 알루미노-실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡습제.
- 제2항에 있어서, aMxOy가 La2O3, Nd2O3, CeO3및 Pr6O11중에서 선택된 일종 또는 복수종을 포함하며, bNa2O로서 Na2O를 5중량% 이하의 비로 함유하며, cAl2O3로서 Al2O3를 10 내지 35중량%의 비로 함유하며, dSiO2로서 SiO2를 20 내지 80 중량%의 비로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡습제.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에서 청구된 흡습제가 담체상에 보지된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡습소자.
