Claims (10)
- 하기 화학식 Ⅱ의 화합물을 시아나이드 염과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 하기 화학식 Ⅰ 화합물의 제조 방법 :[화학식 Ⅰ][화학식 Ⅱ][상기 식 중, W는 질소 또는 -CR4을 나타내고 ;R1은 할로겐, 할로알킬, 할로알콕시, R5S(O)n-, 또는 -SF5를 나타내고 ;R2는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내고 ;R3는 수소 또는 R6S(O)m-을 나타내고 ;R4는 할로겐을 나타내고 :R5및 R6는 알킬 또는 할로알킬을 나타내고 ;m 및 n은 0, 1 또는 2를 나타내고 ;R7은 이탈기를 나타내고 ;R8은 염소 또는 브롬을 나타낸다].
- 제 1항에 있어서, 시아나이드 염이 알칼리 금속 시아나이드, 알칼리 토금속 시아나이드 또는 암모늄 시아나이드인 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 임의로 물의 존재하에서, 니트릴, 아미드, 술폭시드, 에테르 또는 알콜로부터 선택된 용매 중에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2 내지 5몰 당량의 시아나이드가 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 화학식 Ⅱ의 화합물이, 하기 화학식 Ⅳ의 화합물을 염소화제 또는 브롬화제와 반응 시키는 것을 포함하는 방법에 의하여 제조되며, 하기 화학식 Ⅳ의 화합물은 하기 화학식 Ⅴ의 화합물을 하기 화학식 Ⅵ의 화합물과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는 방법에 의하여 제조되는 방법 :[화학식 Ⅳ][화학식 Ⅴ][화학식 Ⅵ]R3R7CHCOR9[상기 식 중, R1, R2, R3, R7및 W는 제 1항에 정의된 바와 같고 ;R9는 이탈기를 나타낸다].
- 제 5항에 있어서, 화학식 Ⅳ의 화합물로부터 화학식 Ⅱ의 화합물을 제조하는데 염소화제가 사용되고, 상기 염소화제는 티오닐 클로라이드, 포스포릴 클로라이드, 포스포러스 트리클로라이드, 포스포러스 펜타클로라이드, 및 트리페닐포스핀과 사염화탄소의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,R1은 트리플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메톡시 또는 -SF5를 나타내고 ;W는 -CR4를 나타내고 ;R2및 R4는 염소 및 브롬을 나타내고 ;R3는 수소 원자, 또는 R6S(O)m- [상기 식 중 R6는 임의로 할로겐화된 메틸 또는 에틸을 나타냄]을 나타내고 ;R7및 R8은 염소를 나타내는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,R1은 트리플루오로메틸을 나타내고 ;W는 -CR4를 나타내고 ;R2, R4, R7및 R8은 염소를 나타내고 ;R3는 수소를 나타내는 방법.
- R1, R2, R3, R7, R8및 W가 제 1항 또는 제 5항에 정의된 바와 같은 화학식 Ⅱ 또는 Ⅳ의 화합물.
- 하기 화학식 Ⅲ의 화합물 :[화학식 Ⅲ][상기 식 중, R1, R2, R3및 W는 제 1항에 정의된 바와 같고, 단, R3가 수소를 나타내는 화합물은 제외된다].
