Description
Claims (12)
- 하기 단계를 포함하는 하기 화학식 Ⅰ의 화합물의 제조 방법:(a) 하기 화학식 Ⅴ의 화합물을 하기 화학식 Ⅵ의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 화학식 Ⅳ의 화합물을 제조함;(b) 상기 생성된 화학식 Ⅳ의 화합물을 염소화제 또는 브롬화제와 반응시켜 하기 화학식 Ⅱ의 화합물을 제조함; 및(c) 상기 생성된 화학식 Ⅱ의 화합물을 시아나이드 염과 반응시킴:[화학식 Ⅰ][화학식 Ⅱ][상기 식 중, W는 질소 또는 -CR4을 나타내고 ;R1은 할로겐, 할로알킬, 할로알콕시, R5S(O)n-, 또는 -SF5 를 나타내고 ;R2는 수소 또는 할로겐을 나타내고 ;R3는 수소 또는 R6S(O)m-을 나타내고 ;R4는 할로겐을 나타내고 :R5 및 R6는 알킬 또는 할로알킬을 나타내고 ;m 및 n은 0, 1 또는 2를 나타내고 ;R7은 이탈기를 나타내고 ;R8은 염소 또는 브롬을 나타냄];[화학식 Ⅳ][화학식 Ⅴ][화학식 Ⅵ]R3R7CHCOR9[상기 식 중, R1, R2, R3, R7 및 W는 상기 정의된 바와 같고 ;R9는 이탈기를 나타냄].
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 시아나이드 염이 알칼리 금속 시아나이드, 알칼리 토금속 시아나이드 또는 암모늄 시아나이드인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 니트릴, 아미드, 술폭시드, 에테르 또는 알콜로부터 선택된 용매 중에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 2 내지 5 몰 당량의 시아나이드가 사용되는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식 Ⅳ의 화합물로부터 화학식 Ⅱ의 화합물을 제조하는데 염소화제가 사용되고, 상기 염소화제는 티오닐 클로라이드, 포스포릴 클로라이드, 포스포러스 트리클로라이드, 포스포러스 펜타클로라이드, 및 트리페닐포스핀과 사염화탄소의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,R1은 트리플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메톡시 또는 -SF5를 나타내고 ;W는 -CR4를 나타내고 ;R2 및 R4는 염소 및 브롬을 나타내고 ;R3는 수소 원자, 또는 R6S(O)m- [상기 식 중 R6는 임의로 할로겐화된 메틸 또는 에틸을 나타냄]을 나타내고 ;R7 및 R8은 염소를 나타내는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,R1은 트리플루오로메틸을 나타내고 ;W는 -CR4를 나타내고 ;R2, R4, R7 및 R8은 염소를 나타내고 ;R3는 수소를 나타내는 방법.
