Claims (4)
- 베이스 플레이트(10)와, 상기 베이스 플레이트(10)에 결합되는 슬리이브(20)와, 상기 베이스 플레이트(10)의 상부에서 상기 슬리이브(20)의 외주면에 결합되는 스테이터 어셈블리(30)와, 상기 슬리이브(20)의 중앙에 수직으로 관통시킨 오일 홀(21)에 회전 가능하게 삽입되는 샤프트(40)와, 상기 샤프트(40)에 허브(51)의 중심부가 일체로 결합되면서 상기 허브(51)의 하향 연장한 외주연 끝단부의 내주면으로 상기 스테이터 어셈블리(30)와 상호작용에 의해 전자기력을 발생시키는 마그네트(52)가 부착되도록 한 로터 어셈블리(50)로 이루어지는 스핀들 모터에 있어서,상기 샤프트(40)에는 하단부로 플랜지형상으로서 스러스트(41)가 일체로 형성되도록 하고, 상기 스러스트(41)의 상부면과 대향하는 상기 슬리이브(20)의 내경면과 상기 스러스트(41)의 하부면과 대향하는 상기 슬리이브(20)의 오일 홀(21) 하단부를 밀폐시키는 커버 플레이트(60)의 상부면으로 각각 축방향으로의 동압을 발생시키는 동압발생 그루브(80)가 형성되도록 하는 스핀들 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브(20)는 상기 샤프트(40)보다는 낮은 열팽창 계수를 갖는 재질로 이루어지는 스핀들 모터.
- 베이스 플레이트(10)와, 상기 베이스 플레이트(10)에 결합되는 슬리이브(20)와, 상기 베이스 플레이트(10)의 상부에서 상기 슬리이브(20)의 외주면에 결합되는스테이터 어셈블리(30)와, 상기 슬리이브(20)의 중앙에 수직으로 관통시킨 오일 홀(21)에 회전 가능하게 삽입되는 샤프트(40)와, 상기 샤프트(40)에 허브(51)의 중심부가 일체로 결합되면서 상기 허브(51)의 하향 연장한 외주연 끝단부의 내주면으로 상기 스테이터 어셈블리(30)와 상호작용에 의해 전자기력을 발생시키는 마그네트(52)가 부착되도록 한 로터 어셈블리(50)로 이루어지는 스핀들 모터에 있어서,상기 샤프트(40)에는 하단부로 플랜지형상으로서 스러스트(41)가 일체로 형성되도록 하고, 상기 스러스트(41)의 상부면과 상기 스러스트(41)의 하부면에 대향하는 상기 슬리이브(20)의 오일 홀(21) 하단부를 밀폐시키는 커버 플레이트(60)의 상부면으로 각각 축방향으로의 동압을 발생시키는 동압발생 그루브(80)가 형성되도록 하는 스핀들 모터.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리이브(20)는 상기 샤프트(40)보다는 낮은 열팽창 계수를 갖는 재질로 이루어지는 스핀들 모터.
