Claims (2)
- 베이스, 상기 베이스의 내측으로 결합하는 슬리브; 상기 베이스의 상부에 결합되는 코일이 감겨진 고정자코어; 상기 슬리브의 내경부로 소정의 오일갭을 갖고 삽입되어 회전 가능하게 되며 그 외주면으로 유체동압발생을 유도하는 방사(Radial)방향 동압발생 그루브가 형성된 샤프트와 그 하단부에 결합하며 상부면 및 하부면에 축(Axial)방향 동압발생 그루브가 형성된 스러스트플레이트로 이루어지는 회전축; 및 하향 개방된 캡형상으로 내측면에 상기 코일이 감긴 고정자 코어와 마주보도록 마그네트가 설치되는 허브;로 구성되는 하드디스크드라이브용 스핀들모터에 있어서,상기 회전축(100)의 스러스트플레이트 상부면 및 하부면에에 형성되는 축(Axial)방향 동압발생 그루브는피가공물과 접하는 면에 소정의 형상이 형성된 하부다이에 피가공물을 넣고 그 상부에 상부다이를 결합시킨 뒤, 초음파발진기에서 초음파를 발진시키고 이를 전달받은 초음파진동자에 의해 물리적인 에너지가 발생하여 진동이 발생하고 이를 초음파진동혼에서 증폭시켜 상기 상부다이에 진동을 전달하여 상부다이 및 하부다이와 피가공물 간에 충돌을 일으켜 가공하는 초음파코이닝가공방법으로 형성한 것; 을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크드라이브용 스핀들모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전축(100)은샤프트 부위(100-1)와 스러스트플레이트 부위(100-2)로 구분되는 외형을 갖도록 일체로 형성한 일체형 회전축(100)인 것;을 특징으로 하드디스크드라이브용 스핀들모터.
