Claims (2)
- 하향 개방된 캡형상으로 내측면에 마그네트(20)가 설치된 허브(10) 및 상기 허브(10)의 중앙과 일측이 결합하고 타측은 스러스트베어링(40)이 결합된 샤프트(30)로 이루어진 회전부와 상기 스러스트베어링(40)이 결합된 샤프트(30)가 회전 가능하도록 상기 샤프트(30)와 결합하고 일측은 스러스트커버플레이트로 폐쇄되며 내측면에 동압을 일으키기 위한 그루브(80)가 소정의 위치에 형성된 슬리브(50), 상기 슬리브(50)를 고정하는 베이스(60) 및 상기 마그네트(20)와 마주보도록 상기 베이스(60)에 결합되는 고정자코어(70)로 이루어진 고정부로 된 스핀들모터에 있어서,상기 스러스트베어링(40)은 중앙에 상기 샤프트(30)가 관통할 수 있는 직경의 결합공(42)을 형성하여 상기 샤프트(30)의 중심부에 결합 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하고,상기 슬리브(50)는 상단부(52)와 하단부(54)로 나누어 상기 상단부(52)와 하단부(54)의 결합으로 상기 샤프트(30)의 중심부에 위치하는 스러스트베어링(40)이 삽입되는 내부공간을 형성하며, 상기 상단부(52) 및 하단부(54)의 샤프트(30)와 접하는 면에 방사(Radial)방향동압발생 그루브(82)를 형성하고 스러스트베어링(40)의 상면과 접하는 상단부(52)의 하면과 스러스트베어링(40)의 하면과 접하는 하단부(54)의 상면에 축(Axial)방향동압발생 그루브(84)가 형성된 것;을 특징으로 하는 스러스트베어링이 샤프트의 중심에 위치하는 하드디스크드라이브용 스핀들모터.
