Claims (17)
- 정의 전극, 부의 전극 및 전해질층을 포함하는 배터리 제조 방법에 있어서,정의 전극 또는 부의 전극중 적어도 하나의 일면에 단자를 부착시키는 단계, 및상기 단자가 정의 전극 또는 부의 전극중 하나의 일면에 부착되는 영역을 제외하는 다른 영역들상에 전해질층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 벨트 형상의 정의 전극 또는 상기 벨트 형상의 부의 전극중 적어도 하나의 전극에서 전극 콜렉터상에 전극 활성 물질을 포함하는 전극 혼합층을 간헐적으로 형성하는 단계와,상기 전극 혼합층이 형성되지 않은 전극 콜렉터 노출 영역에 단자를 부착하는 단계, 및상기 전해질층이 형성된 후에 간헐적으로 형성되는 전극 혼합층 사이의 전극 콜렉터를 절단하는 단계를 포함하는, 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 단자가 상기 전극 콜렉터 노출 영역에 부착된 후에 단자의 일부를 에워싸는 방식으로 보호 테이프를 배치하는 단계를 포함하는, 배터리 제조방법.

- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 단자가 부착되는 영역이 상기 전해질 전달 장치의 전달 개구에 대향하며, 상기 전달 개구는 전극 면으로부터 이격되어 배치되는, 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전해질은 상기 전해질 전달 장치의 전해질 흐름 경로에 배치된 셔터를 열고 닫음으로서 간헐적으로 전달되는, 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전해질이 전달 및 건조된 후에 전극을 롤링하며, 이어서 전해질층이 형성되는 전극의 전극 면이 플라스틱 막으로 에워싸이는 단계를 포함하는, 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,전해질은 전해질 염분 및 고분자 화합물들을 포함하는, 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 전해질은 비수용성 용재(nonaqueous solvent)들을 더 포함하는, 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 전해질 염분은 LiPF6, LiAsF6, LiClO4, LiCF3SO3, Li(CF3SO2)2N 또는 LiC4F9SO3의 그룹 중에서 한 종류의 물질을 포함하는, 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 화합물들은 폴리비닐리딘 플로라이드, 폴리아크릴로나이트릴, 아크릴로니트라이트 부타디엔 러버, 아크릴로니트라이트 부타디엔 스틸렌 수지, 아크릴로니트라이트 폴리에틸렌 클로라이드 프로필렌 다인 스틸렌 수지, 아크릴로니트라이트 비닐 클로라이드 수지, 아크릴로니트라이트 메타아크릴라이트 수지, 아크릴로니트라이트 아크릴라이트 수지, 폴리에틸렌 산화물, 폴리에스테르 디네이쳐드 실리옥산, 다른 고분자 화합물과 결합된 폴리비닐라이딘으로 된 코폴리머, 다른 고분자 화합물과 결합된 폴리아크릴로나이트릴로 된 코폴리머, 다른 고분자 화합물과 결합된 폴리에틸렌 산화물로된 코폴리머중 적어도 하나를 포함하는, 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 비수용성 용재는 에틸렌 카보네이트, 프로필렌 카보네이트, 부틸렌 카보네이트, γ-부틸 락톤, γ-발레로락톤, 디에톡시에탄, 테트라하이드로퓨란, 2-메틸테트라하이드로퓨란, 1,3-다이옥소란, 메틸 아세테이트, 메틸 프로피오니액시드, 디메틸 카보네이트, 디에틸 카보네이트, 에틸메틸 카보네이트, 2,4-디플루오로아니솔, 2,6-디플루오로아니솔, 4-브로모베라트의 그룹중에서 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는, 배터리 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정의 전극은 일반식으로 표시된 리튬 혼합 산화물:LixMO2를 포함하며 여기서 x는 0.05≤x≤1.12이며, M은 한 종류 이상의 천이 금속이며,상기 부의 전극은 탄소를 포함하는 물질, 실리콘, 실리콘 화합물, 금속 산화물, 고분자 물질과 같은 리튬 수용 및 해제가 가능한 물질의 그룹중에서 적어도 하나의 물질을 포함하는, 배터리 제조 방법.
