Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- (i) (a) 디이소시아네이트 Ⅰ을(b) 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 2개의 기를 함유하는 화합물과 반응시켜 (이 때, 성분 (a) 또는 (b) 중 적어도 하나는 다른 성분의 관능기에 대해 상이한 반응성을 나타내는 관능기를 가짐), 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 1개의 기 및 1개의 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 부가 생성물 (A)를 제조하는 단계,(ii) 필요한 경우, 부가 생성물 (A)의 분자간 부가 반응에 의해 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 1개의 기 및 1개의 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 중부가 생성물 (P)를 생성하는 단계, 및(iii) 부가 생성물 (A) 및(또는) 중부가 생성물 (P)를 디이소시아네이트와 반응시키거나 디이소시아네이트 Ⅰ과는 상이한 폴리이소시아네이트 Ⅱ와 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 폴리이소시아네이트의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용된 디이소시아네이트 Ⅰ이 테트라메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 도데실 디이소시아네이트, 1,3- 또는 1,4-비스(이소시아네이토메틸)시클로헥산, 크실렌 디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸크실렌 디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 4,4'-디이소시아네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트 Ⅰ이 제1 및 제2 부가 반응에서 상이한 반응성을 나타내는 2개의 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 이소시아네이트로서, 톨릴렌 2,4-디이소시아네이트, 톨릴렌 2,6-디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 2,4'-디이소시아네이트, 페닐렌 1,3- 및 1,4-디이소시아네이트, 나프틸렌 1,5-디이소시아네이트, 톨리딘 디이소시아네이트, 비페닐 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 2-부틸-2-에틸펜타메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 2-이소시아네이토프로필시클로헥실 이소시아네이트, 3(4)-이소시아네이토메틸-1-메틸시클로헥실 이소시아네이트, 1,4-디이소시아네이토-4-메틸펜탄, 4-메틸시클로헥산 1,3-디이소시아네이트, 디시클로헥실메탄 2,4'-디이소시아네이트 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 Ⅱ가 톨릴렌 2,4-디이소시아네이트, 톨릴렌 2,6-디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 4,4'-디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 2,4'-디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트와 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 고급 동족체의 혼합물(중합체 MDI), 나프탈렌 1,5-디이소시아네이트, 톨리딘 디이소시아네이트, 페닐렌 1,3- 및 1,4-디이소시아네이트, 비페닐 디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 도데실 디이소시아네이트, 리신 알킬 에스테르 디이소시아네이트(여기서, 알킬은 C1-C10알킬임), 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 2-메틸펜타메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 2,2,4- 및 2,4,4-트리메틸헥사메틸렌 1,6-디이소시아네이트, 1,3- 및 1,4-디이소시아네이토시클로헥산, 3(4)-이소시아네이토메틸-1-메틸-1-이소시아네이토시클로헥산, 2-부틸-2-에틸펜타메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 2-이소시아네이토프로필시클로헥실 이소시아네이트, 2- 및 4-메틸시클로헥산 1,3-디이소시아네이트, 디시클로헥실메탄 4,4'- 및 2,4'-디이소시아네이트, 1,3- 및 1,4-비스(이소시아네이토메틸)시클로헥산, 크실렌 디이소시아네이트, 테트라메틸크실렌 디이소시아네이트, 4-이소시아네이토메틸옥타메틸렌 1,8-디이소시아네이트, 트리이소시아네이토톨루엔, 및 우레탄, 알로파네이트, 우레아, 뷰렛, 우레트디온, 아미드, 이소시아누레이트, 카르보디이미드, 우레톤이민, 옥사디아진트리온 또는 이미노옥사디아진디온 구조를 통한 결합에 의해 상기 이소시아네이트로부터 제조되는 올리고이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트, 또는 상기 이소시아네이트의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 Ⅱ의 평균 관능가가 2를 초과하며, 바람직하게는 2.1 내지 5인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부가 생성물 (A) 및(또는) 중부가 생성물 (P)를 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 Ⅱ와 반응시킬 때, 부가 생성물 (A) 및(또는) 중부가 생성물 (P)의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기에 대한 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 Ⅱ의 이소시아네이트기 비율이, 디이소시아네이트 또는 폴리이소시아네이트 Ⅱ의 NCO기가 10% 이상, 바람직하게는 40% 이상이 반응하도록 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분 (b)의 이소시아네이트-반응성 기가 히드록실기, 메르캅토기, 아미노기 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트와 반응하는 2개의 기를 갖는 화합물 (b)가 1,2-프로판디올, 1,2- 및 1,3-부탄디올, 에탄올아민, 프로판올아민, 메르캅토에탄올, 4-히드록시피페리딘 또는 1-히드록시에틸피페라진인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법에 의해 제조되는 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 청구된 방법에 의해 제조되며, 지방족계 및 방향족계에 결합된 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트.
- 페인트와 니스, 도료, 접착제, 밀봉제, 유동성 탄성체 및(또는) 발포체의 제조에 있어서 제9항 또는 제10항에 청구된 폴리이소시아네이트의 용도.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 청구된 폴리이소시아네이트를 사용하여 수득할 수 있는 중부가 생성물.
