Claims (13)
- 적어도 하나의 제어 실린더(10)를 포함하는 자동차의 브레이크 또는 클러치의 유압 제어용 장치로서, 상기 실린더(10)는 전방 횡단면(30)을 통해 한정되어 피스톤(20)이 그 내에서 축방향으로 활주되는 실질적으로 관형의 실린더 본체(17)와, 원통형 유압 챔버(16)를 포함하며, 덕트(12)를 연결하기 위한 포트(14)는 상기 유압 챔버(16)내로 개방되며, 상기 실린더 본체(17)는 플라스틱 재료와 같은 합성 재료로 적어도 2개의 부분으로 제조되며, 상기 부분들은 메인 본체(18)와, 상기 메인 본체(18)의 후방 부분(26, 181)에 용접으로 고정되고 상기 실린더(10)에서 피스톤(20)을 안내하도록 작용하는 후방 가이드 튜브(50)를 포함하며, 적어도 하나의 동적 밀봉 부재가 상기 피스톤(20)과 상기 후방 튜브(50) 사이에 삽입되어 상기 유압 챔버(16)를 밀봉하는, 상기 유압 제어용 장치에 있어서,상기 후방 튜브(50)를 상기 메인 본체(18)에 용접하는 것이 레이저 형태의 적어도 하나의 에너지 공급원에 의해서 열을 간접적으로 가함으로써 국부적으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 레이저에 의해 방사된 비임의 형태인 방사선이 적외선 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 후방 튜브(50) 및 메인 본체(18)로 구성되는 요소중 적어도 하나는 적외선을 통과시키는 재료로 제조되는 반면에, 다른 요소는 상기 방사선을 흡수하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 다른 요소는 상기 방사선을 통과시키는 재료로 제조되며, 상기 방사선을 흡수하기 위해 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 다른 요소는 상기 방사선을 흡수하는 재료로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 후방 튜브(50)를 상기 메인 본체(18)에 용접하는 것이 연속적으로 이뤄지고, 밀봉된 조인트를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 후방 튜브(50)를 상기 메인 본체(18)에 용접하는 것이 불연속적으로 이뤄지며, 부가적인 밀봉 수단이 상기 후방 튜브(50)와 상기 메인 본체(18) 사이에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 후방 튜브(50)가 메인 본체(18)와 서로 파지되는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 후방 튜브(50) 및 상기 메인 본체(18)가 하나가 다른 하나에 반경방향으로 파지되게 끼워맞춰지는 상보적인 원통형 표면(70, 110)을 통해서 협력하여 파지되는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 후방 튜브(50) 및 상기 메인 본체(18)가 상보적인 표면(282, 283)의 축방향 접촉부에 의해 정면 협동으로 파지되는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 용접 조작은 후방 튜브(50)의 반경방향 칼라 부분(106)과, 메인 본체(18)의 축방향 후방 단부(60)의 서로를 향한 표면 사이에서 적어도 부분적으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 용접 조작이 후방 튜브(50) 및 메인 본체(18)의 2개의 상보적인 원통형 표면(70, 110) 사이에서 적어도 부분적으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 메인 본체(18)가 서로 부착되는 2개의 부분, 즉 상기 유압 챔버(16)를 한정하는 전방 부분(180)과, 상기 후방 가이드 튜브(50)가 용접으로 고정되는 메인 본체(18)의 후방 부분을 구성하는 중앙 부분(181)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는유압 제어용 장치.
