Description

用于流体管路的联接装置和关于此的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于流体管路的联接装置,带有具有纵向轴线的联接单元,所述联接单元构造成以便在使用位置中以其前侧事先置入到单独的载体结构部件的固定空隙中并且固定在载体结构部件处,其中,联接单元轴向地从插入空隙穿过,待联接的流体管路能够从联接单元的背侧过来插入到所述插入空隙中,并且其中,联接单元具有套筒形的基础单元,在所述基础单元处固定有构造成用于固定保持经插入的流体管路的环形的保持结构并且所述基础单元包括环形的壳体以及在端侧在前面被安置到壳体处并且被固定在壳体处的密封圈。
本发明此外涉及一种用于制造这样的联接装置的方法。
背景技术
从DE 10 2011 109 788 A1中已知的前面提及的类型的联接装置具有带有多件式的基础单元的联接单元,其中,基础单元具有环形的壳体和在端侧在前面被安置到壳体处的密封圈。密封圈借助于卡锁连接机构固定在壳体处,这使联接单元在载体结构部件的固定空隙中的装配变得简单。借助于支撑在壳体处的紧固环,联接单元能够固定在单独的载体结构部件的固定空隙中。
DE 10 2015 000 990 A1公开了一种用于流体管路的联接装置,所述联接装置包含联接单元,所述联接单元具有保持环用于固定保持经插入的流体管路。保持环固定在由安全环和支撑环形成的结构组件处,在所述结构组件处还固定有密封圈。密封圈例如通过粘贴或预热安置到支撑环的前部的端面处。备选地,密封圈还能够作为关于支撑环单独的结构部件来实施。
发明内容
本发明基于如下任务,即采取实现联接装置的简单的、快速的并且成本适宜的制造的措施。
为了解决所述任务,在开头所提及的类型的联接装置中设置成,密封圈由热塑性的弹性体(TPE)构成并且借助于至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部不可脱开地固定在由塑料构成的壳体处。
所述任务此外通过开头所提及的类型的方法来解决,在所述方法中,相对于彼此独立地密封圈由热塑性的弹性体(TPE)生产并且壳体由塑料生产,并且接着,密封圈和壳体借助于激光熔透型焊接不可脱开地固定在彼此处。
根据本发明来构造和制造的联接装置带有套筒形的基础单元,具有在置入到载体结构部件中之前预装配的结构单元,一方面优选地决定性地负责联接单元的稳定性的壳体以及用于流体管路相对于载体结构部件的密封的密封圈集成到所述结构单元中。由此,在装配联接单元时,免除密封圈的单独的放入,这特别在小的结构尺寸的情况下在操作技术上是耗费的并且容易犯错的。与此相应地,在自动化地安装联接装置时省去用于放入密封圈的分离的装配站,由此,减少必要的投资,如还有空间需求并且同样减少必须的装配时间。特别有利的是在密封圈与壳体之间借助于至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部的固定的连接,所述激光熔透型焊接连接部通过激光熔透型焊接的方法实现。在此,焊接连接部取决于所选择的原料组合地穿过壳体或穿过密封圈来实施,以便在两个构件之间的过渡区域中在不分离地供应焊接原料的情况下构造至少一个激光焊缝。激光熔透型焊接的工艺在联结基础单元时允许短的接合时间,因此存在有特别的能力用于集成到带有短的循环时间和高的件数的自动化的装配流程中。能够放弃附加的辅助材料,如例如粘结剂。热塑性的弹性体的应用允许密封圈的独立于壳体的注塑成型制造并且提供最优的弹性用于保证所力求的密封功能。优选地,基于聚氨酯基的热塑性的弹性体(TPU)应用为热塑性的弹性体(TPE)。
本发明的有利的改进方案由从属权利要求得知。
壳体基本上能够由每个适用于激光熔透型焊接的塑料构成。优选地,然而,所述壳体由热塑性的塑料制造,这允许成本适宜的注塑成型制造。聚酰胺被视为特别适宜的。
激光熔透型焊接的材料配合的接合过程以如下为基础,即在两个接合搭配件中,其中一个由激光束透明的原料构成并且其中另一个由吸收激光束的原料构成。所述概念不是绝对地指代,而是应该如下地进行理解,激光束透明的原料具有在激光的波长区域中高的透射度,而吸收激光束的原料具有对于所述激光的高的吸收度。对于焊接过程而应用的激光束穿过激光束透明的原料导入到事先在接合区域中安置在彼此处的接合搭配件中,其在接合区域中由吸收激光束的原料吸收,其中释放热,通过所述热两个接合搭配件被熔化,从而所述两个接合搭配件优选地在同时施覆外部的接合力下进入材料配合的相互的连接。
在联接装置的可行的实施方式中,密封圈由激光束透明的原料构成并且壳体由吸收激光束的原料生产,其中,激光熔透型焊接连接部穿过密封圈在密封圈与壳体之间的过渡区域中构造。
在备选的实施方式中,壳体由激光束透明的原料构成并且密封圈由吸收激光束的原料生产。此处,然后激光熔透型焊接连接部通过如下方式产生,激光束穿过壳体被运用。
在激光熔透型焊接连接部的情况下,优选地产生至少一个激光焊缝,所述激光焊缝作为本身封闭的、相对于壳体并且相对于密封圈同轴的环形缝来实施。激光焊接过程优选地通过所谓的轮廓焊接来实施。一个或相同的激光焊缝能够由仅仅一个唯一的激光束处理而造成或优选地由多个处于彼此之上的激光束溢出而造成。
在焊接过程中,基础单元适宜地位置固定地固定并且激光束沿着360°的周缘角度围绕驱动单元的纵向轴线周围一次或多次运动。然而,基本上还存在有如下可行性方案,激光束或输出激光束的激光束出射单元位置固定地保持并且允许借助于合适的装置旋转待焊接的基础单元。
有利的是,激光熔透型焊接在壳体的面向密封圈的前侧的区域中进行,以便在该处制造至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部。
尤其当密封圈的热塑性的弹性体具有激光束透明的特性时,有利的是,至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部构造在壳体的背离联接单元的插入空隙的外部周缘面的区域中。就此而言,尤其适宜的是,给壳体在其面向密封圈的前侧处设有朝向径向内部突起的环形的前部的端部区段,所述端部区段具有背离插入空隙的外部周缘面,所述外部周缘面总体上朝向轴向前部地指向,但是至少具有轴向朝向前面地指向的方向分量。所述环形的前部的端部区段能够尤其关于壳体的联接的长度区段弯折,这优选地通过超声波处理来实现。密封圈具有背后的端面,所述密封圈在应用焊接方法的情况下以所述端面安置到前面提及的外部周缘面处,其中,借助于激光熔透型焊接,在壳体的前部的端部区段的外部周缘面与密封圈的背后的端面之间的过渡区域中构造有至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部。
在基础单元的纵剖面图中观察,壳体的前部的端部区段的外部周缘面优选地凸形地弯曲,而密封圈的背后的端面与所述凸形的弯曲部相匹配并且相应地凹形地弯曲。由此,能够实现壳体与密封圈的大面积的相互的贴靠。
尤其当壳体的塑料由对于激光熔透型焊接连接部必要的激光束透明的原料构成时,有利的是,至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部构造在壳体的面向插入空隙的内部周缘面的区域中。在这种情况下,密封圈伸入到壳体中并且焊接连接借助于穿透壳体的激光束来建立。
在此,有利的是,壳体在其面向密封圈的前侧处以空心圆柱形的前部的端部区段终止,密封圈以背侧的环形的固定区段轴向地沉入到所述端部区段中。然后,至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部构造在壳体的空心圆柱形的前部的端部区段的内部周缘面与密封圈的环形的固定区段的外部周缘面之间的径向的过渡区域中。
就此而言,对于自动化的生产特别适宜的是,密封圈在其外部周缘处环形地成阶梯状并且具有联接到固定区段处的、轴向地朝向背后定向的支撑面,所述支撑面贴靠在壳体的前部的端部区段的前部的端面处。由此,密封圈的插入深度在相互待焊接的构件的在焊接过程之前轴向地安置在彼此处时界定地被预设。
用于固定经插入的流体管路的环形的保持结构适宜地由环形的保持元件构成,所述保持元件具有多个伸入到插入空隙中的弹簧弹性的保持爪。在插入流体管路时,保持爪径向朝向外部弹性地弯折,从而构建弹性的复位力,藉由所述复位力保持爪被压牢到经插入的流体管路的外部周缘处,从而该保持爪被保持固定。
环形的保持结构、尤其环形的保持元件适宜地固定在构造在基础单元的内部周缘的区域中的保持加深部中。在可行的实施方式中,所述保持加深部独自由壳体形成,其中,保持加深部的侧部适宜地由壳体的经弯折的环形的前部的端部区段形成。
此外,备选地存在有如下有利的可行性方案,在壳体与密封圈之间设置有轴向的中间空间,所述中间空间形成环形的保持加深部。在这种情况下,保持结构能够在壳体和密封圈安置在彼此处之前结合在所述两个构件之间。
联接装置为了将联接单元固定在载体结构部件的固定空隙中而适宜地具有关于基础单元单独的紧固环。紧固环具有至少一个径向的紧固凸出部,所述紧固凸出部当紧固环为了固定联接单元而压入到固定空隙中时接入到载体结构部件的壁部中。在压入时并且优选地还在经压入的状态中,紧固环适宜地支撑在基础单元的壳体的背后的端面处。
如果联接装置应该提供如下可行性方案,即将经插入的流体管路在需求时能够随时简单地并且无损伤地又从联接单元中移开,则联接单元适宜地装备或能够装备有脱开套筒,所述脱开套筒可轴向移位地支承在基础单元的壳体中并且以可手动地加载的操纵区段在背侧从壳体中伸出。
只要保持结构具有弹簧弹性的保持爪,则脱开套筒适宜地在背侧位于所述保持爪前方,从而所述脱开套筒通过到操纵区段上的压力作用于保持爪并且能够将该脱开套筒从经插入的流体管路的外部周缘取下。
脱开套筒适宜地通过卡锁连接固定保持在壳体之内。
脱开套筒是可选的。为了很成本适宜地实现联接单元,脱开套筒在需求时还能够被省去。
在适宜地参与联接装置的载体结构部件中优选地构造有流体通道,所述流体通道与固定空隙相连。由此,构造在流体管路中的管路通道在经联接的流体管路中与载体结构部件的流体通道处于流体连接中。
载体结构部件适宜地涉及流体技术的构件、例如阀或流体操纵的驱动器的壳体。联接单元能够以这种方式很简单地直接地装配在流体技术的构件处。但是,联接装置还能够实现为作为结构单位存在的联接件,在所述联接件的情况下,载体结构部件构造为固定构件用于将联接件固定在流体技术的构件处并且具有适用于此的固定接口、例如螺纹接头。

具体实施方式
联接装置1包含联接单元4,所述联接单元在图2至4中并且在图6至8中相应地孤立地描绘并且所述联接单元在其使用位置中被置入到点画线地表明的载体结构部件2的固定空隙3中。联接单元4在使用位置中防丢失地固定在固定空隙3中,这适宜地借助于作为联接单元4的组成部分实施的紧固环10进行。
联接装置1适用于流体管路5的联接,所述流体管路构造用于穿过导引流体的压缩介质、如压缩空气或压缩液体。优选地,可联接的流体管路5涉及柔性的软管。虽然如此,所述可联接的流体管路还能够涉及刚性的管。在图1和5中,流体管路5在经联接的状态中被示出。
与本实施例不同,联接单元4能够已经独自地形成联接装置1。联接单元4能够与每个具有合适地设计的固定开口3的任意的载体结构部件2组合。由此,尤其存在如下的可行性方案,根据需求给已经存在的载体结构部件2装备或加装有一个或多个联接单元4。
优选地,相应于本实施例,联接装置1作为结构组件来实施,所述结构组件由至少一个联接单元4和具有至少一个与联接单元4相匹配的固定空隙3的载体结构部件2组装。在此,联接单元4能够从工厂起在交付时在占据其使用位置的情况下已经装配在载体结构部件2处。备选地,联接单元4和载体结构部件2还能够作为彼此分开的构件进行交付,所述构件首先由操作者装配,也就是说安装。
在图解的实施例中,载体结构部件2由流体技术的构件的组成部分,如例如阀、流体操纵的驱动器或压缩空气维护仪器形成。优选地,载体结构部件2涉及这样的流体技术的构件的壳体,例如涉及气缸壳体或涉及阀壳体。在附图中,载体结构部件2很简化地复述。
在联接装置1的未被描绘的实施方式中,载体结构部件2除了至少一个固定空隙3还具有另外的固定接口,藉由所述固定接口所述载体结构部件能够固定在前面提及的类型的流体技术的构件处。在这种情况下,载体结构部件2作为在联接单元4与装备有此的流体技术的构件之间的连接元件起作用。
在载体结构部件2中构造的固定空隙3以开孔开口19通出到载体结构部件2的在下面被称为联接外部面7的外部面,所述外部面围住开孔开口19。在载体结构部件2的内部中,流体通道11以尤其同轴的取向联接到具有纵向轴线15的固定空隙3处,穿过流体管路5的管路通道9在经联接的流体管路5中与所述流体通道处于流体连接中。
联接单元4具有纵向轴线16并且相对于所述纵向轴线16成直角地具有环形的横截面。所述联接单元具有轴向地定向的前侧22和关于此轴向地对置的背侧23。联接单元4同轴地从一方面通出到前侧22并且另一方面通出到背侧23的插入空隙26穿过。经联接的流体管路5从背侧23过来插入到插入空隙26中。
环形的并且优选一件式的壳体12、密封圈13、环形的保持结构14、已经谈及的紧固环10和脱开套筒8属于联接单元4。脱开套筒8用于使经联接的流体管路5脱开并且当不期望经联接的流体管路5的可脱开性时能够可选地省去。当联接单元4的不同于在下面还要描述的紧固部设置在固定空隙3中时,还能够省去紧固环10或通过其它的紧固器件来代替。
环形的壳体12由塑料构成,其中,所述壳体优选地由热塑性的塑料构成,尤其由聚酰胺构成。所述壳体适宜地一件式地构造。
密封圈13由热塑性的弹性体(常见的简称:TPE)构成。在简称“TPU”下已知的基于聚氨酯基的热塑性的弹性体被证明是特别有推荐价值的。
优选地,不仅壳体12而且密封圈13涉及注塑成型体。在制造联接装置1时,所述两个结构部件相对于彼此独立地生产。
密封圈13以相对于壳体12同轴的布置在端侧在前面安置到壳体12处。在本说明书中应用的概念,如“在前面”或“前侧”涉及如进一步在上面提到的前侧22相同的取向。同样地适用于就所存在的构件的任意的构件而言应用的、关于背侧23的在上面谈及的取向的概念,如“在背侧”或“背侧”。
借助于激光熔透型焊接连接部27,壳体12和密封圈13不可脱开地固定在彼此处。由此造成的结构单元被称为基础单元6。激光熔透型焊接连接部27通过激光熔透型焊接的本身已知的方法产生。示例性地,壳体12和密封圈13藉由相应仅仅一个唯一的激光熔透型焊接连接部27固定在彼此处,这能够特别成本适宜地并且时间节省地完成。基本上,所提及的构件的相互的固定但是还能够借助于多个分离的激光熔透型焊接连接部27引起。

环形的保持结构14固定在基础单元6处并且具有多个围绕纵向轴线16周围分布地布置的弹簧弹性的保持爪24,所述保持爪径向地朝向内部突起,尤其以沿朝着前侧22的方向的倾斜取向。环形的保持结构14尤其涉及带有本身封闭的环形体25的环形的保持元件14a,保持爪24一件式地模制到所述环形体处并且保持爪24从所述环形体(尤其以一关于纵向轴线16的倾斜)径向地朝向内部突出。优选地在环形体25的中继的情况下,保持元件14a关于所述基础单元轴向不可运动地或仅仅受限地轴向可运动地固定在基础单元6处。所述固定优选地通过如下方式促使,即在基础单元6的内部周缘处构造有朝向径向内部敞开的环形的保持加深部32,保持元件14a以环形体25径向地沉入到所述保持加深部中。
在流体管路5未经联接的状态中,保持爪24包围大约小于待联接的流体管路5的外部直径的直径。当流体管路5为了其联接的目的而从背侧23过来插入到联接单元4中时,所述流体管路穿过保持元件14a,其中,所述保持元件在由保持爪24包围的横截面扩展的情况下朝向外部挤压保持爪24。由此造成的弹簧弹性的复位力促使经插入的流体管路5通过保持爪24的起夹持作用的固定。
脱开套筒8具有前部的端部区段33,所述前部的端部区段轴向地在保持爪24后面终止。此外,所述脱开套筒具有背侧的操纵区段34,所述背侧的操纵区段在背侧23处从基础单元6中伸出并且在联接单元4的使用位置中还从载体结构部件2中伸出。为了脱开流体管路5,在操纵区段34上能够施加朝向前面指向的压力,从而脱开套筒8朝向前面沿保持结构14的方向移位并且以其前部的端部区段33挤压到保持爪24的面向所述脱开套筒的背面上。由此,保持爪24在弹性的变形下径向朝向外部变弯并且从经插入的流体管路5的外部周缘面35取下,接着其又能够方便地从联接单元4中牵引出来。
脱开套筒8能够以任意的方式固定在基础单元6处。优选的是卡锁连接,这适合于本实施例。此处,脱开套筒8在前部的端部区段33的区域中具有至少一个径向朝向外部突起的安全凸出部36,所述安全凸出部卡入到构造在壳体12的内部周缘处的、优选环形的卡锁加深部36中。对于卡锁必要的柔性尤其由脱开套筒8的前部的端部区段33多重地开缝并且由此沿其周缘方向分割而造成。
适宜地由金属构成的紧固环10尤其具有带有多个构造在外部周缘处的、朝向径向外部突起的紧固凸出部37的经打孔的盘的形状。备选地,还能够存在有仅仅一个唯一的、环形的、本身封闭的固定凸出部37。优选地,紧固环10刚性地构造并且具有由至少一个紧固凸出部37界定的外部直径,所述外部直径稍微大于固定空隙3在由紧固环10在联接单元4的使用位置中所占据的紧固位置的区域中的内部直径。在施覆一定的压入力下,紧固环10能够被压入到固定空隙3中,从而所述紧固环以至少一个紧固凸出部37稍微埋入到载体结构部件2的周围地限制固定空隙3的壁部中,从而存在有轴向的形状配合连接。
原则上,紧固环10能够集成到基础单元6中并且尤其能够是所述基础单元6的组成部分。然而,优选的是如下图解的实施方式,在所述实施方式中,所述紧固环以关于此同轴的布置并且单独于基础单元6地安放在壳体12的与密封圈13轴向地对置的背侧处。壳体12在该处具有环形的背后的端面42,紧固环10轴向地支撑在所述端面处。由此,通过紧固在固定空隙3中的紧固环10妨碍基础单元6向后运动,也就是说,从固定空隙3中出来的运动。基础单元6通过如下方式经历关于载体结构部件2总体上轴向地不可运动的固定,即所述基础单元通过紧固环10在其前侧22处以处于该处的密封圈13压牢到载体结构部件2的面向开孔开口19的环形的支撑面43处,所述支撑面由固定空隙3的成阶梯状的轮廓造成。

优选地并且相应于图解的实施例,激光熔透型焊接连接部27构造在壳体12的面向密封圈13的前侧的区域中。在所有的实施例中,激光熔透型焊接连接部27包括激光焊缝46,所述激光焊缝构造为本身封闭的、相对于壳体12和密封圈13同轴的环形缝。激光焊缝46处于在壳体12与密封圈13之间的过渡区域48中。在图1和5中,相应地通过点画线的箭头47表明为了激光熔透型焊接的执行而应用的激光束的优选的射束方向。
图1至4图解联接装置1的实施例,所述实施例关于激光熔透型焊接方面进行优化,在所述激光熔透型焊接的情况下激光束穿过密封圈13的原料被导引到待焊接的过渡区域48中。与此不同,在图5至8中图解的实施例关于制造方法方面进行优化,在所述实施例中激光束为了实施激光熔透过程而穿过壳体12的原料被引导到待焊接的过渡区域48中。
与此相应,在图1至4的实施例中,密封圈13由激光束透明的原料构成并且在图5至8的实施例中,壳体12由激光束透明的原料构成。此外,在图1至4的实施例中,壳体12由吸收激光束的原料构成并且在图5至8的实施例中,密封圈13由吸收激光束的原料构成。
激光束透明的原料在所应用的激光的波长的区域中具有高的透射度。反之,吸收激光束的原料在所述波长区域中具有高的吸收度。
根据箭头47导入的激光穿过激光束透明的原料射出并且在过渡区域48中碰上到吸收激光束的原料上。最后,相对于过渡区域48邻近地吸收激光束,这导致放热,通过所述放热吸收激光束的原料被熔化。在此,所散发的热还导致激光束透明的原料在过渡区域48的附近中被加热和熔化,从而两个经熔化的原料结合并且进入材料配合的连接。所述接合过程适宜地通过接合力的外部的施覆支持,通过所述接合力两个待焊接的构件压牢在彼此处。为此而应用的或能够应用的装置在附图中未进一步地描绘。
相应于图1至4的实施例,激光熔透型焊接连接部27能够有利地构造在壳体12的背离插入空隙26的外部周缘面52的区域中。
就此而言适宜的是,壳体12在面向密封圈13的前侧处具有朝向径向内部突起的环形的前部的端部区段53,参与焊接过程的、处于过渡区域48中的外部周缘面52布置在所述端部区段处。为了更好的区分,所述外部周缘面52在下面还被称为焊接外部周缘面52。
示例性地,壳体12具有套筒形的主区段54,在所述主区段处适宜地还构造有背后的端面42并且所述主区段具有比联接在其处的前部的端部区段53大的壁强度。后者关于主区段54适宜地朝向径向内部沿朝着纵向轴线16的方向弯折,从而在根据图1的纵剖面图中观察得出弓形的轮廓部。前部的端部区段53与主区段54共同形成朝着纵向轴线16敞开的环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽适宜地在图1至4的实施例中界定上面所提到的保持加深部32,所述保持加深部被用于固定保持元件14a。
弯折的前部的端部区段53在壳体12的优选地通过注塑成型进行的成型之后首先适宜地还空心圆柱形的成形。前部的端部区段53然后具有输出形状,所述输出形状相应于在该处的壳体12的在图5至8的实施例中存在的前部的端部区段55的造型并且是空心圆柱形的造型。在壳体12成型之后,首先还空心圆柱形的前部的端部区段53才弯折成期望的端部形状,尤其通过超声波作用或备选地通过其它的成型方法,例如通过热成型。在弯折之前,适宜地还将保持元件14a放入,从而所述保持元件固定在弯折之后而存在的保持加深部32中。
壳体12的如此成形的并且径向朝向内部突起的前部的端部区段53界定焊接外部周缘面52,所述焊接外部周缘面在基础单元6的纵剖面图中观察凸形地弯曲。
根据图1至4的实施例,密封圈13在其面向壳体12的背侧处具有环形的背后的端面56,藉由所述端面所述密封圈贴靠在焊接外部周缘面52处。所述背后的端面56优选地与焊接外部周缘面52互补地成形并且在本实施例中在基础单元6的纵剖面图中观察具有凹形的弯曲部。
在制造基础单元6时,壳体12和密封圈13以焊接外部周缘面52和背后的端面56轴向地安置在彼此处并且适宜地藉由预紧而压牢在彼此处。然后,根据箭头47,藉由穿透密封圈13的原料的激光束进行激光熔透型焊接连接部27的构造。优选地,射束方向是轴向的,也就是说,沿纵向轴线16的轴线方向定向,其中,从前侧22过来到密封圈13中的射束入射以一相对于纵向轴线4的径向的间距进行。在射束作用期间,基础单元6和激光束根据箭头57围绕纵向轴线16相对于彼此转动,这要么在处于静止的基础单元6的情况下通过转动激光束或输出激光束的激光束出射单元来进行要么相反地藉由处于静止的激光束出射单元通过壳体12和密封圈13的围绕纵向轴线16统一的旋转来进行。
多个完全的旋转在焊接过程中能够被执行,以便构造激光焊缝46,所述激光焊缝由多个处于彼此之上的激光束溢出而出现。通过所述激光束溢出的所选择的数量能够影响焊接连接部的强度,而不必改变激光束的辐射强度。
在图5至8的实施例中,具有激光熔透型焊接连接部27的过渡区域48处于壳体12的面向插入空隙26的内部周缘面58(在下面为了更好的区分而被称为焊接内部周缘面58)与密封圈13的对置的外部周缘面62之间。优选地并且相应于图5至8中图解的实施例,焊接内部周缘面58由壳体12的已经谈及的前部的端部区段55的内部周缘面形成,所述前部的端部区段空心圆柱形的设计。所述前部的端部区段55具有比壳12的联接在所述前部的端部区段处的套筒形的主区段54小的壁强度,所述主区段同心地朝向径向内部高出前部的端部区段55。
密封圈13在背侧具有环形的固定区段63,所述密封圈以所述固定区段插入到空心圆柱形的前部的端部区段55中并且径向地对置于焊接内部周缘面58的外部周缘面62地构造在所述固定区段处。固定区段63的外部直径相同于或优选地稍微大于前部的端部区段55的内部直径,其中,后者具有如下优点,即经插入的密封圈13基于其橡胶弹性藉由径向的预紧贴靠在环形的焊接内部周缘面58处。
针对激光熔透型焊接连接部27而设置的过渡区域48径向地处于前部的端部区段55的焊接内部周缘面58与固定区段63的外部周缘面62之间。
根据图5,焊接过程借助于激光束来进行,所述激光束根据箭头47从径向外部过来在前部的端部区段55的轴向的高度上穿过所述前部的端部区段55导引,以便在外部周缘面62的区域中被吸收并且由此在过渡区域48中触发在上面叙述的焊接过程。
与图1至4的实施方式相比较,这提供如下优点,即前部的端部区段55在壳体12的成型(此处还优选地通过注塑成型来进行)之后不必成型或弯折。优选地,轴向的中间空间用作保持加深部32用于固定保持元件14a,所述中间空间构造在套筒形的主区段54与插入到壳体12中的密封圈13之间并且由壳体12的套筒形的前部的端部区段55包围。
为了保证密封圈13关于壳体12的经界定的插入深度,有利的是,密封圈13相应于本实施例在其外部周缘处环形地呈阶梯状。由所述阶梯部导致在密封圈13处的向后定向的环形的支撑面64,所述支撑面贴靠在壳体12的前部的端部区段55的朝向前面指向的端面处。
通过限制插入深度,能够有利地实现,保持加深部32沿纵向轴线16的轴线方向测量的宽度稍微大于保持元件14a的沉入到保持加深部32中的环形体25的厚度,从而对于后者保留稍微的可运动性,所述可运动性有利于关于经插入的流体管路5的取向。
还在图1至4的实施例中,壳体12的前部的端部区段55优选地如下地弯折,使得沉入到保持加深部32中的环形体25以小的轴向的运动间隙被容纳。
优选地,密封圈13具有轴向地处于壳体12之外的密封区段65,所述密封区段不仅与经插入的流体管路5的外部周缘面35而且与周围地限制固定空隙3的壁部38起密封作用地共同作用。
在图5的实施例中,支撑面64处于密封区段65处。
密封区段65具有如下外部直径,所述外部直径在联接单元4置入到固定空隙3中之前具有大于固定空隙3在密封位置的区域中的内部直径的外部直径,密封区段65在联接单元4的使用位置中在固定空隙3之内占据所述密封位置。有利的是,密封区段65在径向的外部周缘处具有至少一个隆起的环形的密封凸缘66,所述密封凸缘在联接单元4的使用位置中通过与载体结构部件2的壁部38的共同作用而被压紧。
密封区段65在其内部周缘的区域中优选地具有朝向径向内部突起的环形的内部的密封凸缘67,所述密封凸缘的内部直径小于待联接的流体管路5的外部直径,从而所述密封凸缘在经插入的流体管路5的情况下扩张并且起密封作用地压牢到流体管路5的外部周缘面35处。
优选地,密封圈13在其对置于保持爪24的区域中具有关于纵向轴线16同心的加深部68,所述加深部当保持爪24在插入流体管路5时并且在通过脱开套筒8加载时径向朝向外部地变形时实现保持爪24的自由的径向的可运动性。在基础单元6的纵剖面图中观察,加深部68具有优选地凹形的轮廓。

Claims (19)

1.用于流体管路的联接装置,带有具有纵向轴线(16)的联接单元(4),所述联接单元构造成以便在使用位置中以其前侧(22)事先置入到单独的载体结构部件(2)的固定空隙(3)中并且固定在所述载体结构部件(2)处,其中,所述联接单元(4)轴向地由插入空隙(26)穿过,待联接的流体管路(5)能够从所述联接单元(4)的背侧(23)过来插入到所述插入空隙中,并且其中,所述联接单元(4)具有套筒形的基础单元(6),在所述基础单元处固定有构造成用于固定保持经插入的流体管路(5)的环形的保持结构(14)并且所述基础单元包括环形的壳体(12)以及在端侧在前面被安置到所述壳体(12)处并且被固定在所述壳体(12)处的密封圈(13),其特征在于,所述密封圈(13)由热塑性的弹性体(TPE)构成并且借助于至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部(27)不可脱开地固定在由塑料构成的壳体(12)处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的联接装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(12)由热塑性的塑料构成,其中,所述壳体适宜地由聚酰胺构成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的联接装置,其特征在于,所述密封圈(13)由激光束透明的原料构成并且所述壳体(12)由吸收激光束的原料构成,其中,至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部(27)具有至少一个穿过所述密封圈(13)构造在所述密封圈(13)与所述壳体(12)之间的过渡区域(48)中的激光焊缝(46)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的联接装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(12)由激光束透明的原料构成并且所述密封圈(13)由吸收激光束的原料构成,其中,至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部(27)具有至少一个穿过所述壳体(12)构造在所述壳体(12)与所述密封圈(13)之间的过渡区域(48)中的激光焊缝(46)。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的联接装置,其特征在于,所述至少一个激光焊缝(46)是本身封闭的、相对于所述壳体(12)和所述密封圈(13)同轴地布置的环形缝。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的联接装置,其特征在于,至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部(27)构造在所述壳体(12)的面向所述密封圈(13)的前侧的区域中。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的联接装置,其特征在于,至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部(27)构造在所述壳体(12)的背离所述插入空隙(26)的外部周缘面(52)的区域中。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的联接装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(12)在其面向所述密封圈(13)的前侧处具有朝向径向内部突起的并且尤其弯折的环形的前部的端部区段(53),所述端部区段具有带有轴向地朝向前面指向的方向分量的、背离所述插入空隙(26)的外部周缘面(52),所述密封圈(13)以背后的端面(56)安置到所述外部周缘面处,其中,至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部(27)构造在所述壳体(12)的前部的端部区段(53)的外部周缘面(52)与所述密封圈(13)的背后的端面(56)之间的过渡区域(48)中。
9.根据权利要求8所述的联接装置,其特征在于,在所述基础单元(6)的纵剖面图中观察,所述壳体(12)的前部的端部区段(53)的外部周缘面(52)凸形地弯曲并且所述密封圈(13)的背后的端面(56)具有与所述外部周缘面相匹配的凹形的弯曲部。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的联接装置,其特征在于,至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部(27)构造在所述壳体(12)的面向插入空隙(26)的内部周缘面(58)的区域中。
11.根据权利要求10所述的联接装置,其特征在于,所述壳体(12)在其面向所述密封圈(13)的前侧处以空心圆柱形的前部的端部区段(55)终止,所述密封圈(13)以背侧的环形的固定区段(63)轴向地沉入到所述端部区段中,其中,至少一个激光熔透型焊接连接部(27)构造在所述壳体(12)的空心圆柱形的前部的端部区段(55)的内部周缘面(58)与所述密封圈(13)的环形的固定区段(63)的外部周缘面(62)之间的径向的过渡区域(48)中。
12.根据权利要求11所述的联接装置,其特征在于,所述密封圈(13)在其外部周缘处环形地成阶梯状并且具有联接到所述固定区段(63)处的、轴向地朝向背后定向的支撑面(64),所述支撑面贴靠在所述壳体(12)的前部的端部区段(55)的前部的端面处。
13.根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的联接装置,其特征在于,所述环形的保持结构(14)由环形的保持元件(14a)构成,所述保持元件具有多个伸入到所述插入空隙(26)中的弹簧弹性的保持爪(24),所述保持爪构造成以便为了其固定保持的目的而加载到插入到所述插入空隙(26)中的流体管路(5)的外部周缘。
14.根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的联接装置,其特征在于,所述环形的保持结构(14)固定在独自由所述壳体(12)形成或轴向地构造在所述壳体(12)与所述密封圈(13)之间的环形的保持加深部(32)中。
15.根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的联接装置,其特征在于,所述联接单元(4)具有为了其在所述载体结构部件(2)的固定空隙(3)中的固定而设置的紧固环(10),所述紧固环适宜地支撑在所述壳体(12)的背后的端面(42)处并且以至少一个为了形状配合地接入到所述载体结构部件(2)的限制所述固定空隙(3)的壁部(38)中而设置的紧固凸出部(37)径向地高出所述壳体(12)。
16.根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的联接装置,其特征在于,在所述壳体(12)中可轴向地移位地支承有用于所述保持结构(14)的起脱开作用的操纵的脱开套筒(8),所述脱开套筒以操纵区段(34)在背侧从所述壳体(12)中伸出并且所述脱开套筒适宜地卡入到所述壳体(12)中。
17.根据权利要求1至16中任一项所述的联接装置,其特征在于,所述载体结构部件(2)属于所述联接装置(1)并且具有与所述固定空隙(3)相连的流体通道(11)。
18.用于制造用于流体管路的联接装置的方法,所述联接装置带有具有纵向轴线(16)的联接单元(4),所述联接单元构造成以便在使用位置中以其前侧(22)事先置入到单独的载体结构部件(2)的固定空隙(3)中并且固定在所述载体结构部件(2)处,其中,所述联接单元(4)轴向地从插入空隙(26)穿过,待联接的流体管路(5)能够从所述联接单元(4)的背侧(23)过来插入到所述插入空隙中,并且其中,所述联接单元(4)具有套筒形的基础单元(6),在所述基础单元处固定有构造成用于固定保持经插入的流体管路(5)的环形的保持结构(14)并且所述基础单元包括环形的壳体(12)以及在端侧在前面被安置到所述壳体(12)处并且被固定在所述壳体(12)处的密封圈(13),其特征在于,相对于彼此独立地,所述密封圈(13)由热塑性的弹性体(TPE)生产并且所述壳体(12)由塑料生产并且接着所述密封圈(13)和所述壳体(12)借助于激光熔透型焊接不可脱开地固定在彼此处。
19.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其特征在于,所述联接装置(1)根据权利要求1至18中任一项来构造。
