Claims (11)
- - 크롬 화합물 1 종 이상,- 하기 화학식 1을 갖는 원소 M의 아릴옥시 화합물 1 종 이상,화학식 1M(RO)2-nXn[상기 화학식에서, M은 마그네슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬 및 바륨으로 구성된 군에서 선택되며, RO는 C6-C80의 아릴옥시 라디칼이고, X는 할로겐 또는, C1-C30의 히드로카르빌 라디칼이며, n은 0∼2의 정수임],- 하기 화학식 2에 해당하는 히드로카르빌알루미늄 화합물 [트리스(히드로카르빌)알루미늄, 히드로카르빌알루미늄의 염화물 또는 히드로카르빌알루미늄의 브롬화물) 및 알루미녹산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 알루미늄 화합물 1 종 이상화학식 2AlR'mY3-m[상기 화학식에서, R'은 C1-C6히드로카르빌 라디칼이고, Y는 염소 또는 브롬 원자이며, m은 1∼3임]의 혼합에 의해 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 크롬 화합물은 동일하거나 또는 상이하며, 할로겐화물, 카르복실레이트, 아세틸아세토네이트, 알콕시 음이온 또는 아릴옥시 음이온으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 음이온 1 종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 화학식 1의 원소 M의 아릴옥시 화합물 중에서 RO 아릴옥시 라디칼은 하기 화학식 3을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.화학식 3상기 화학식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4및 R5는 서로 동일하거나 또는 상이하며, 이들 각각은 수소 원자, 할로겐 원자 또는, C1-C16의 히드로카르빌 라디칼이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 원소 M의 아릴옥시 화합물은 비스(2,6-디페닐펜옥시)마그네슘, 비스(2-t-부틸-6-페닐펜옥시)마그네슘 또는 비스(2,4-디-t-부틸-6-페닐펜옥시)마그네슘인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 히드로카르빌알루미늄 화합물은 디클로로에틸알루미늄, 에틸알루미늄 세스퀴염화물, 클로로디에틸알루미늄, 클로로디이소부틸알루미늄, 트리에틸알루미늄, 트리프로필알루미늄, 트리이소부틸알루미늄 또는 메틸알루미녹산인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 히드로카르빌 알루미늄 화합물은 트리에틸알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 촉매 성분은 1 종 이상의 포화 탄화수소, 1 종 이상의 불포화 탄화수소, 올레핀 또는 디올레핀 및/또는 1 종 이상의 방향족 탄화수소를 포함하는 용매 중에서 접촉을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 촉매 용액 중의 크롬 농도는 1×10-5∼0.1 몰/ℓ인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 원소 M의 아릴옥시 화합물:크롬 화합물의 몰비는 1:1∼30:1이고, 히드로카르빌알루미늄:크롬 화합물의 몰비는 1:1∼35:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 것인 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 의한 촉매 조성물을 사용하는 에틸렌의 올리고머화 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 에틸렌의 올리고머화 반응은 0.5∼15 ㎫의 압력하에서, 20℃∼180℃의 온도에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
