Claims (12)
- 물분무 및 어닐링 처리된 철-기질 분말로서,2.5 내지 3.5 중량%의 Cr0.3 내지 0.7 중량%의 Mo0.09 내지 0.3 중량%의 Mn0.10 중량% > Cu0.15 중량% > Ni0.02 중량% > P0.01 중량% > N0.10 중량% > V0.10 중량% > Si0.10 중량% > W0.25 중량% > O0.01 중량% > C나머지 철, 및 0.5 중량% 이하의 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 물분무 및 어닐링 처리된 철-기질 분말.
- 제 1항에 있어서,2.7 내지 3.3 중량%의 Cr0.4 내지 0.6 중량%의 Mo0.09 내지 0.25 중량%의 Mn0.15 > O0.007 > C나머지가 철, 및 0.2 중량% 이하의 불가피한 불순물을 포함하는 물분무 및 어닐링 처리된 철-기질 분말.
- 연속적인 열처리를 수행하지 않고 750MPa 이상의 인장 강도를 갖는 소결 제품을 제조하는 방법으로서,제 1항 또는 제 2항에 따른 함량을 갖는 합금 원소 Cr, Mo, 및 Mn를 포함하는 철-기질 분말을 물분무하는 단계와,상기 물분무된 분말을 어닐링하는 단계와,흑연, 및 선택적으로 상기 소결 제품의 최종 용도에 의해 결정된 함량으로 Cu, P, B, Nb, V, Ni, 및 W로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 합금 원소를 첨가하는 단계와,600MPa 이상의 압력으로 상기 어닐링된 분말을 압축하는 단계와, 그리고상기 압분체를 소결하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 환원은 H2및 제어된 양의 H2O이 존재하는 환원성 분위기에서 대기압으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 환원은 필수적으로 불활성 분위기 및 CO 배출 분위기에서 저압으로 수행되는 방법.
- 제 3항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물분무 분말은 어닐링하기 전에 1 : 4, 바람직하게는 1.5 : 3.5, 가장 바람직하게는 2 : 3의 O : C의 비를 가지며, 0.1 내지 0.9 중량%의 탄소 함량을 갖는 방법.
- 제 3항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 압축 단계 이전에, 0.25 내지 0.65 중량%, 바람직하게는 0.3 내지 0.5 중량%의 흑연이 상기 분말에 첨가되는 방법.
- 제 3항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3 내지 3.5 중량%의 Cr을 갖는 분말에서, 첨가되는 흑연량은 0.25 내지 0.5 중량%인 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 소결 온도는 최대 1220℃이며, 바람직하게는 1200℃ 미만이며, 가장 바람직하게는 1150℃ 미만인 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 소결 시간은 60분 미만이며, 바람직하게는 50분 미만이며, 가장 바람직하게는 40분 미만인 방법.
- 0.25 중량% 이상, 바람직하게는 0.3 중량% 이상의 혼합된 탄소 함량을 갖는 제 5항내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 소결 제품.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 어닐링된 철-기질 분말은 PCT/SE97/01292 에 개시된 방법에 따라 제조되는 분말.
