Claims (9)
- a) 하기 화학식 (2)의 화합물을 알칼리 금속 알콕사이드의 존재하, 경우에 따라 희석제중 승온에서 및 경우에 따라 압력하에서 포름아미드와 반응시키고, 반응후, 경우에 따라 하기 화학식 (3)의 화합물의 중간체 분리없이, 경우에 따라 반응 혼합물을 산으로 산성화시키고,b) 생성된 화학식 (3)의 4,6-디하이드록시-5-플루오로피리미딘 또는 그의 알칼리 금속염을 옥시염화인과 반응시킨 후, 생성된 반응 혼합물 1 을 각 경우 반응 혼합물중에 존재하는 클로로포스폰산의 최대 99.9 중량%가 전환되도록 삼염화인의 존재하에서 염소와 반응시키고, 생성된 반응 혼합물 2 를 증류적으로 후처리하여 형성된 4,6-디클로로-5-플루오로피리미딘을 분리하고, 옥시염화인을 회수함을 특징으로 하여 하기 화학식 (1)의 4,6-디클로로-5-플루오로피리미딘을 제조하는 방법:[화학식 1][화학식 2][화학식 3]상기 식에서, R 은 메틸 또는 에틸을 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 본 발명에 따른 방법을 수행하는 경우, 화학식 (3)의 화합물을 제조하기 위한 단계 a)에서, 화학식 (2)의 화합물 1 몰당 일반적으로 2 내지 10 몰의 포름아미드 및 3 내지 6 몰의 알칼리 금속 알콕사이드가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 2 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 a)에서, 화학식 (2)의 화합물을, 경우에 따라 희석제중에서 포름아미드와 알칼리 금속 알콕사이드의 혼합물에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 b)에서, 화학식 (3)의 화합물 1 몰당 2.5 내지 12 몰의 옥시염화인이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 b)에서, 화학식 (3)의 화합물 1 몰당 1.7 내지 2.1 당량의 염소가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 b)에서, 화학식 (3)의 화합물 1 몰당 1.7 내지 2.1 당량의 삼염화인이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계 a)에서, 화학식 (2)의 화합물을 천천히 계량하여(metered) 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 방법이 단일 용기(one-pot) 공정으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 적어도 어느 하나에 따른 방법을 이용하여 제조된 페스티사이드(pesticide).
