Claims (19)
- 하나 이상의 유발제 A 의 적용 후 얻어지는, 식물의 생리학적 반응의 증폭제 (강화제) 로서의 하나 이상의 항진균성 및/또는 항세균성 및/또는 항바이러스성 유도체 B 의 용도.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 유발제 화합물 A 가 단백질, 올리고당류 (바람직하게는 트레할로스), 다당류 (바람직하게는 상품 ElexaTM), 지질, 당지질, 당단백, 펩티드, 진균성 물질 및/또는 식물 물질의 벽 추출물, 진균, BionTM및/또는 그것의 유사체들 중 하나, 효모 추출물, 살리실산 및/또는 하나 이상의 그것의 에스테르, 하나 이상의 조류 추출물을 포함하는 목록으로부터 선택되고, 바람직하게는 아그리머 (Agrimer) 540, CAL, 아그로토닉 (Agrotonic), 라미나리아 (Laminaria) sp. (라미나리아 디기탈리스 (digitalis), 라미나리아 삭카리나 (saccharina), 라미나리아 히페르보레아 (hyperborea)), 아스코필룸 (Ascophyllum) sp. (아스코필룸 노도숨 (nodosum)), 히만탈라 (Himanthalla) sp. (히만탈라 엘롱가타 (elongata)), 운다리아 (Undaria) sp. (운다리아 핀나티피다 (pinnatifida)), 푸쿠스 (Fucus) sp. (푸쿠스 베시쿨룸 (vesiculum)), 울바 (Ulva) sp., 콘드루스 (Chondrus) sp. 및 엔테로모르페 (Enteromorphe) sp. 를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 강화 화합물 B 가 인산 유도체, 예컨대 금속 포스파이트, 예컨대 포세틸-Al, 포세틸-Na, 인산 및 그것의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 염, BionTM및/또는 그것의 유사체의 하나, 상품 ElexaTM, 이소니코틴산, 아미노부티르산 및 메틸 자스모네이트를 포함하는 목록으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.

- 제 5 항에 있어서, A 는 i) 피토프토라 메가스페르마 (Phytophthora megasperma) (Pmg) 의 벽으로부터 분리된 β-글루칸형의 올리고당류, ii) 펙틴 올리고머, 또는 iii) β-메가스페르민 (megaspermine) 인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, B 는 인산 또는 포세틸-Al 또는 ElexaTM인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, A 가 ElexaTM, BionTM, 살리실산 및/또는 하나 이상의 그것의 에스테르, 효모 추출물, 트레할로스 또는 비숙주 진균의 포자인 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 그것이 공지된 살균제를 사용하는 통상의 살균 처리와 임의 커플링될 수 있고, 이 처리가 A 및/또는 B 의 적용과 함께 동시에 또는 별도로 일어날 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
- 화합물 A 로서, 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 정의된 바와 같은 하나 이상의 다양한 기원 및 성질의 유발제, 및 인산 유도체, 예컨대 금속 포스파이트, 예컨대 포세틸-Al 또는 포세틸-Na, 인산 및/또는 그것의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 염, 및/또는 강화 성질을 소유하고 있는 하나 이상의 유발제를 포함하는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 항진균 화합물 B 를 포함하는 상승 효과적 항진균성 및/또는 항세균성 및/또는 항바이러스성 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, B 는 포세틸-Al 인 조성물.
- 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 단자엽 작물, 예컨대 특히, 밀, 쌀 및 보리, 및 쌍자엽 작물, 예컨대 특히, 포도 및 가지과 식물에 대해 특히 적절한 조성물.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다른 공지된 살균제를 또한 포함할 수 있는 조성물.
- 하나 이상의 화합물 A 및 하나 이상의 화합물 B 의 식물무독성의 유효량의 배합물이 식물의 지상부에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 작물의 식물병원성 진균을 치료적 또는 예방적으로, 바람직하게는 예방적으로, 억제하고/억제하거나, 세균 및/또는 바이러스를 억제하기 위한 방법으로서, A 및 B 는 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항에 정의된 바와 같은 방법.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 식물무독성의 유효량의 조성물이 식물의 지상부에 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 작물의 식물병원성 진균을 치료적 또는 예방적으로, 바람직하게는 예방적으로, 억제하고/억제하거나, 세균 및/또는 바이러스를 억제하기 위한 방법.
- 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 있어서, 공지된 살균제를 사용하는 부가 처리가 수행되고, 상기 살균제가 화합물 A 및/또는 B 와 동시에 또는 단독으로 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 14 항 내지 제 16 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 곡물 (밀, 보리, 옥수수 및 쌀) 및 콩류 (콩, 양파, 박, 양배추, 감자, 토마토, 고추, 시금치, 완두, 양상치, 샐러리 및 엔디브 (endive)), 열매 작물 (딸기 및 나무딸기 식물), 수목 재배 작물 (사과, 배, 체리, 인삼 및 레몬나무, 코코넛 팜 및 피칸, 카카오, 호두, 헤베아 (hevea), 올리브, 포플러 및 바나나나무), 포도, 해바라기, 비트근 (beetroot), 담배 또는 관상 작물이 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 동시적, 연속적 또는 단독적인 적용에 의해 식물병원성 진균 및/또는 세균 및/또는 바이러스를 억제하기 위한, 하나 이상의 화합물 A 및 하나 이상의 화합물 B 를 포함하는 생성물로서, A 및 B 가 제 1 항 내지 제 8 에서 정의된 바와 같은 생성물.
- 제 10 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기와 같은 여러가지 처리 방법에 의해 적용되는, 항진균성 및/또는 항세균성 및/또는 항바이러스성 조성물:- 처리되는 작물의 지상부에 상기 조성물을 포함하는 액체를 분무함,- 살포, 토양 내로 과립 또는 분말의 혼입, 관수, 나무로의 주입 및/또는 칠 (페인팅) 및/또는 패치 (드레싱) 형태의 적용, 및 토양을 위한 영양 용액 및/또는 비료에의 혼입.
