Claims (12)
- 온도 안전장치의 초기 프라이밍 파우더로,(A) 티오우레아 및 그것의 유도체들로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 연소물,(B) NaNO3, KNO3, Sr(NO3)2, NaClO3, KClO3, Sr(ClO3)2, NaClO4, KClO4, Sr(ClO4)2로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 산화제, 및(C) 셀룰로스 에테르 및 셀룰로스 에스테르와 같은 셀룰로스 유도체, 폴리스티렌 및 폴리스티렌 공중합체, 폴리아미드, 폴리아크릴레이트, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌, 폴리옥시메틸렌, 폴리아세테이트 및 폴리비닐 화합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나의 안정제을 포함하는 초기 프라이밍 파우더.

- 제1항에 있어서, 연소물(A)는 티오우레아이고, 산화제(B)는 KNO3및/또는 KClO3이고 그리고 안정제(C)는 히드록시에틸 셀룰로스인 것을 특징으로 하는 초기 프라이밍 파우더.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소물(A)는 티오우레아이고, 산화제(B)는 KNO3및 KClO3의 혼합물 및/또는 KClO4이고 그리고 안정제(C)는 히드록시에틸 셀룰로스, 셀룰로스 아세토부티레이트 및 디시아노디아미드 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초기 프라이밍 파우더.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로(D) 스테아르산 칼슘 및 스테아르산 마그네슘, 그라피트, 고-비등 파라핀 및 구연산 에스테르 및 아실 구연산 에스테르로부터 선택되는 가공 첨가제를 0.5 내지 5 및 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 3 중량부의 양으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초기 프라이밍 파우더.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로(E) 원소 알루미늄, 지르코늄, 티타늄, 마그네슘, 아연 및 철로부터 선택되는 보조 연소물를 0.5 내지 20, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 10 그리고 특히 0.5 내지 5 중량부의 양으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초기 프라이밍 파우더.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 추가로(E) Al2O3, TiO2, ZrO2, Fe2O3, Si3N4및 붕소 질소화물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 충진제를 0.5 내지 12, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 10 및 특히 0.5 내지 5 중량부의 양으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초기 프라이밍 파우더.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연소물(A)는 20 내지 40, 바람직하게는 25 내지 35 그리고 특히 28 내지 32 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초기 프라이밍 파우더.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화제(B)는 40 내지 80, 바람직하게는 50 내지 75 그리고 특히 60 내지 75 중량부의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초기 프라이밍 파우더.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 안정제(C)는 0.5 내지 20, 바람직하게는 0.5 내지 10 및 특히 0.5 내지 5 중량부로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초기 프라이밍 파우더.
- 에어백 기체 발생기의 온도 안전장치에 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 따른 초기 프라이밍 파우더의 사용.
