Claims (14)
- (a) 성형된 고무 물품을 제공하기;(b) 프라이머층을 견디는 열-활성화 가능한 부착층을 제공하기;(c) 압력-민감성 부착층을 제공하기;(d) 적어도 100oC의 온도에서 열-활성화 가능한 부착제 및 고무 물품 사이의 결합에 효과를 주기에 충분한 압력으로 고무 물품에 열-라미네이팅하기; 및(e) 프라이머층에 압력-민감성 부착층을 라미네이팅하기의 단계를 포함하는 성형된 고무 물품에 압력-민감성 부착제를 결합시키기 위한 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서 성형된 고무 물품이 적어도 부분적으로 교차 연결된 상태로 제공되는 것인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서 고무 물품에 열-활성화 가능한 부착제를 열-라미네이팅하는 단계 이전에 큐어링 스테이션을 통해 상기 성형된 고무 물품을 통과시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서 열-활성화 가능한 부착제를 고무 물품에 열-라미네이팅하는 단계 이전에 제 1 및 제 2 큐어링 스테이션을 통해 상기 성형된 고무 물품을 통과시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서 상기 제 1 큐어링 스테이션이 마이크로웨이브 큐어링 스테이션이고 상기 제2 스테이션이 오븐 큐어링 스테이션인 것인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서 열-활성화 가능한 부착제가 약 125oC 및 약 250oC 사이의 온도에서 고무 물품에 열-라미네이트되는 것인 방법.
- 필수적으로 성형된 고무 물품 및 그위에 열-라미네이트된 열-활성화 가능한 부착층으로 구성되고, 상기 열-활성화 가능한 부착층의 외부 표면은 압력-민감성 부착층에 기판을 결합시키기 위해 프라이머층을 견디는 것인 어셈블리.
- 제 7항에 있어서 프라이머층이 시클릭 염기성 질소를 함유하는 기를 갖는 화합물 및 아크릴릭 염기성 질소를 함유하는 기를 갖는 화합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 한개 이상의 화합물을 함유하는 것인 어셈블리.
- 제 8항에 있어서 시클릭 또는 아크릴릭 염기성 질소를 함유하는 기가 아미노기, 아미도기, 니트릴기, 또는 아조기인 것인 어셈블리.
- 제 8항에 있어서 열-활성화 가능한 부착층이 부분적으로 극성인 열-활성화 가능한 물질을 포함하는 것인 어셈블리.
- 제 10항에 있어서 열-활성화 가능한 물질이 에틸렌-(메트)아크릴산, 프로필렌-(메트)아크릴산 및 이소부틸렌-(메트)아크릴산 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌 및 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트 및 할로겐화 폴리올레핀의 혼합물로 구성된 것인 어셈블리.
- (a) 프라이머층을 견디는 열-활성화 가능한 부착층을 포함하는 제 1 부착막; 및(b) 한개의 주요 표면상에 이탈 가능한 라이너를 갖는 반대의 주요 표면을 갖는 압력-민감성 부착층을 포함하고 상기 제 1 부착막이 고무 물품에 열-라미네이트될 때 까지 상기 제 1 부착막이 상기 제 2 부착막으로부터 분리된 채로 유지되는 것인 제 2 부착막을 포함하는, 표면에 고무 물품을 결합시키기 위한 제조 물품.
- (a) 고무 물품 및 프라이머층을 견디는 열-활성화 가능한 부착층을 포함하고, 상기 열-활성화 가능한 부착층은 상기 물품에 열-라미네이트되는 것인 열-라미네이트된 물품; 및(b) 한개의 주요 표면상에 이탈 가능한 라이너를 갖는 반대의 주요 표면을 갖고, 상기 압력-민감성 부착층이 상기 고무 물품이 표면에 결합될 때 까지 상기 열-라미네이트된 물품으로부터 분리된 채로 유지되는 것인 압력-민감성 부착층을 포함하는, 표면에 고무 물품을 결합시키기 위한 제조 물품.
- 압력-민감성 부착제가 프라이머층에 라미네이트된 후에 압력-민감성 부착층을 그 부분에 결합시킴으로써 자동차, 냉장고, 또는 도어 프레임의 부분에 고무 물품을 결합시키기 위한 제 12항에 따른 제조 물품의 용도.
