Claims (6)
- 식물성 매체 또는 무기질 분체(粉體)에 의해 표면이 개질(改質)된 식물성 매체와 연마재와의 혼합물을 메디아(medium)로서 사용하여, R-Fe-B계 본드 자석을 건식법에 의해 배럴 연마하고, 상기 연마재의 분말과 본드 자석의 연마 찌꺼기, 또는 추가로 상기 무기질 분체를 R-Fe-B계 본드 자석의 기공부(porous portion)에 식물성 매체의 유지분(油脂分)으로 고착(固着)하여 구멍을 밀봉하는 동시에 표면 평활화하여 개질한 후, 그 본드 자석 표면에 직접 중성 또는 알칼리성 욕(浴)에 의한 무전해 도금층을 형성하고, 또한 전해 도금층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고내식성 R-Fe-B계 본드 자석의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연마재는 무기질 분체를 베이킹하고 경화시킨 연마석 또는 금속볼인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내식성 R-Fe-B계 본드 자석의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 식물성 매체는 톱밥, 과실 껍질, 옥수수의 속대인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내식성 R-Fe-B계 본드 자석의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 평활화 처리후의 자석의 기공률은 3% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내식성 R-Fe-B계 본드 자석의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무전해 도금층은 Ni, Cu, Sn, Co, Zn, Ag, Au, Pd 중 적어도 1종의 비(卑)금속 또는 합금에 의한 무전해 도금층인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내식성 R-Fe-B계 본드 자석의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 무전해 도금층 두께는 1∼7㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 고내식성 R-Fe-B계 본드 자석의 제조 방법.
