Claims (6)
- 일반식이 ABO3로 표현되는 퍼로브스카이트(perovskite) 구조를 가지고 있으며, 주결정상이 티탄산바륨을 주성분으로 함유하고 있는 비환원성 유전체 세라믹으로서,-25℃ 이상의 온도에서 X선 회절법에 의해 구해지는 결정 축비 c/a가 1.000≤c/a≤1.003의 조건을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비환원성 유전체 세라믹.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 주파수 1㎑ 및 2Vrms/㎜ 이하의 교류 전계하에서 측정되는 비유전율의 온도 의존성에 관해서, 상기 주결정상의 상전이점이 -25℃ 미만이 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비환원성 유전체 세라믹.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 비환원성 유전체 세라믹은 La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, Y 및 Sc로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 희토류 원소를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 비환원성 유전체 세라믹.
- 복수개의 유전체 세라믹층;상기 유전체 세라믹층들 사이에 형성되는 내부전극; 및상기 내부전극에 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 외부전극을 포함하고 있는 모놀리식 세라믹 커패시터로서,상기 유전체 세라믹층은 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재된 비환원성 유전체 세라믹을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 커패시터.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 내부전극은 니켈, 니켈 합금, 구리 및 구리 합금으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 재료를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 커패시터.
- 제 4항 또는 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 외부전극은 각각 도전성 금속분말 및 글래스 프릿(glass frit)이 첨가된 도전성 금속분말 중의 하나를 함유하고 있는 소결층으로 구성된 제 1 층; 및 도금층으로 구성된 제 2 층을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 커패시터.
