Claims (10)
- 열 강화되기 위한 유리판으로서, 매트릭스(matrix)가 규토-소다-석회 타입인 유리판에 있어서,100 × 10-7K-1보다 큰 팽창 계수(expansion coefficient) α와,60 GPa 보다 큰 영 계수(Young's modulus) E, 및0.9 W/m·K 미만의 열전도율 k를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 강화되기 위한 유리판.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 0.21 보다 큰 프아송 비(Poisson's ratio)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 강화되기 위한 유리판.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 7.40 J/kg·K 보다 큰 비열(specific heat)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 강화되기 위한 유리판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2520 kg/㎥ 보다 큰 밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 강화되기 위한 유리판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, α·E/K > 8000를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 강화되기 위한 유리판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유리판의 매트릭스는, 중량%로,SiO245 - 69%Al2O30 - 14%CaO 0 - 22%MgO 0 - 10%Na2O 6 - 24%K2O 0 - 10%BaO 0 - 12%B2O30 - 6%ZnO 0 - 10%상기 구성 성분을 포함하고,Na2O + K2O > 20%Na2O + K2O + CaO > 27%를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 강화되기 위한 유리판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유리판의 매트릭스는, 중량%로,SiO245 - 69%Al2O30 - 14%CaO 0 - 22%MgO 0 - 10%Na2O 6 - 24%K2O 0 - 10%BaO 0 - 12%B2O30 - 6%ZnO 0 - 10%상기 구성 성분을 포함하고,Na2O + K2O > 17%Na2O + K2O + CaO > 35%를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 강화되기 위한 유리판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유리판의 매트릭스는, 중량%로,SiO245 - 69%Al2O30 - 14%CaO 0 - 22%MgO 0 - 10%Na2O 6 - 24%K2O 0 - 10%BaO 0 - 12%B2O30 - 6%ZnO 0 - 10%.상기 구성 성분을 포함하고,Na2O + K2O > 17%Na2O >18% 이고, 및/또는 K2O > 5% 이고, 및/또는 Al2O3< 3% 일 때, Na2O + K2O + CaO > 29%,를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 강화되기 위한 유리판.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스가 TiO2산화물을 포함할 수 있되,TiO2+ Al2O3< 3%, 를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 강화되기 위한 유리판.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2.5mm 미만의 두께를 가지며, 유럽 규정 제 43조(European Regulation No. 43)에 따라 열 강화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열 강화되기 위한 유리판.
