Description
Claims (13)
- 플라스틱 밴드로 금속 스트립형 기판을 스트립 코팅하는 방법에 있어서,(ⅰ)플라스틱 밴드를 주조하는 단계;(ⅱ)냉각롤 둘레에 상기 플라스틱 밴드를 위치시키는 단계;(ⅲ)상기 플라스틱 밴드 제품이 진행하여 안정화될 때까지 플라스틱 밴드를 이송하는 단계;(ⅳ)플라스틱 밴드에 속도를 가하고 기판에 면하는 플라스틱 밴드 부분의 연화 온도에 가까운 기판 온도로 기판을 가열하는 단계;(ⅴ)기판상에 플라스틱 밴드를 눌러 플라스틱 밴드를 끊고 진행을 정지시키는 단계; 및(ⅵ)고속으로 플라스틱 밴드로 기판을 코팅하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코팅 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 플라스틱 밴드가 공급된 후에 접착성을 개선하기 위해 여분의 열처리 단계가 이어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코팅 방법.
- 플라스틱 밴드로 금속 스트립형 기판을 스트립 코팅하는 장치에 있어서,(ⅰ)금속 기판을 이송하는 수단;(ⅱ)상기 기판에 플라스틱 밴드를 누르기 위한 접촉 롤;(ⅲ)상기 플라스틱을 주조하기 위한 주조수단;(ⅳ)플라스틱 밴드를 형성시키기 위한 냉각 롤; 및(ⅴ)상기 접촉 롤을 통해 기판에 플라스틱 밴드를 이송시키기 위한 공급 및 가이드 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코팅 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 접촉 롤은 플라스틱 밴드와 접촉하는 표면이 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코팅 장치.
- 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 기판 이송수단, 접촉 롤, 주조수단, 냉각 롤 및 공급 및 가이드 수단이 이중으로 되어 있으며, 기판을 양 측면에서 동시에 코팅하는 동작동안 기판상의 각 측면에 1세트 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립 코팅 장치.
- 유기체층이 비결정질 PET인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기체 접착층을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 스트립.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,유기체층은 20mm 미만의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,유기체층은 15mm 미만의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기체층은 10mm 미만의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,유기체층은 5mm 미만의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립.
- 제 6 항 내지 제 10 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,3 또는 그 이상의 플라스틱 층으로 이루어진 적어도 하나의 층이 그 상부 층은 밝은 컬러층으로 중간층은 무광택으로 덮여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,금속 기판에 면하는 플라스틱 층은 무광택인 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 스트립.
